"Will" was like a master magician. I moved from Ellsworth Maine to Dolan Springs Az.& purchased a home without physically seeing it. Will was my realtor & eyes and ears on the ground. The home was better than I ever anticipated. Will was my realtor a second time when I sold the same home for a profit in September 2003 and took a trip to Puerto Rico. It took dillegence & several miracles along the way which came together at just the right time to make everything possible. Hats off to the "Chambers Realty Group". They're like magic.

Would give 10 starts if they had it. To start off I moved out of Kingman many years ago, and had kept the home a rental. This year we decided to sell. Or first recommended realty person had poor communication skill and would never follow through with emails. We were trying to get the house ready and were taking any recommendations for what needed to be fixed and repaired. After a few weeks of the run around I found out that the had never even looked at our house to see. I also heard that they were going to low ball the price to sell it off to a family friend. This is a rumor so take it with a grain of salt. Now comes the great part. Will Vanpelt was contacted and within a day or so looked at the house and had it on the market. His communication skills are spot on and he gave great recommendations. When sorting though the buyers he had awesome recommendations on who and what to do, along with follow ups. He took time to explain all the different areas of cost associated with selling a house and was upfront on cost of commissions. Extremely professional to work with. Thank you Will for getting the house sold.

Recently needed a rental home for six months..... landlords usually require a one year lease. They had one for me immediately. After six months upon departure.... I did the agent/tenant walk thru at 9 AM and they delivered my security deposit same day by 3 PM. This cannot be expected but what service!
We requested their services to find a family home for purchase. It was fun and fruitful..... more importantly their agent picked up the "lion's share" of the workload during the mortgage process. This was well above required or expected. Our experiences with Chambers Realty is absolutely five star and worth the time to write a review. Now it's your turn to give them a try.

We bought land in Rimrock thru them (Hunter in Camp Verde). He was extremely helpful throughout the long process (septic and easement and setback issues). He was very knowledgeable and gave us good contacts with county officials, Title people, and other helpful people we needed to do our due diligence to ensure we could put a manufactured home on the property. He was very responsive. Great job!

We had a difficult, drawn out transaction that was interrupted twice by covid 19 as well as various issues with a 1031 exchange. Richard Chambers was patient & professional, always looking out for our best interests, on the ball at every weird left handed twist on what should have been a straightforward deal. I cannot say enough good about how well he handled this 7 month long mess. If I could give him 50 stars I would!
