Dale did a phenomenal job selling my property in Kingman, AZ! We faced a variety of challenges along the way and Dale handled all of them with professionalism. The biggest hurdle was the septic tank because it was almost 40 years old and we were certain that it would need to be replaced after an initial inspection. Dale spent many hours trying to contact a company that would do the job. The septic tank ultimately didn't need to be replaced which was a huge surprise to us all. Selling a property was something I had never done prior to this and it was quite an adventure to say the least. Dale is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to make sure the sell of your home or property goes as smoothly as possible. He explained the process as we were navigating through it and answered any questions we had. None of us were expecting the sell of the property to turn out the way it did and I couldn't be happier. I'm extremely impressed and proud of Dale for his role on this process. I highly recommend Dale to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
