The food is superb the massaman curry is the best try it at a 2.5. Healthy fried rice is epic. The Pad Thai is delicious. They are allergy friendly and the staff is super knowledgeable about what's in each dish.

Our first experience here was amazing! I get overwhelmed by big menus, and our waiter did an amazing job of asking us questions to help us pick a dish. We also had the sticky rice with green tea ice cream dessert, which was delicious. Great food and great service at an affordable price. We will be back!

I was feeling sick and got their lunch special. Healed me right up I got the spicy pad Thai. It was the perfect amount of food. This is my new go to spot for Thai

I never expected to find a Thai restaurant this good in Pueblo, CO. The Pad Thai (try it wrapped in an omelette!) is out of this world. Easily the best I’ve had in years. This restaurant was a weekly visit while I was in town and I will miss it dearly!

Looks like they are open for dining again. Food is always fantastic, wish service was better.

It's always a culinary journey eating here. Foods pretty authentic. The Thai spicy level always opens everything up if you like it very spicy hot. I always love a spicy that brings tears to your eyes.

This restaurant was Absolutely Amazing! The staff was very Friendly and Helpful in ordering. The food was above and beyond Fantastic. My family and I will most definitely be back as regular customers. A++

This place is a great "diamond in the rough". The food is very authentic and prepared fresh each time I have been there. My favorite is the Seafood medly (extra shrimp) with level 5 heat, and the cucumber salad with a glass of plumb wine. Wow, just describing it makes my mouth water.

This place is hands down the best thai food we have had in a long time. The pad thai was delicious, good portion and reasonable price. The level of heat was also spot on. I had a 1 since I can’t do too much heat. Will for sure be back!!

Woooow! My goodness! Many American Thai restaurants fail to excite me…Puukaow doe—blew me away!

I actually took the gf here for V-day(the one Monday they are open!) and boy, what a treat!

Starting with the Calamari appetizer—wait—no—that’s not what it started with. It started with a fantastic waiter! He was charismatic, knowledgeable, and quick to provide tailored advice. The calamari hit the spot—as it was well-(but not over)battered and perfectly cooked. Just the right about of chewy and breading.

Next—after an earnest recommendation, I selected the green curry fried rice—and BAM! Perfect flavors and textures. Well balanced blend of sweet and spicy. Mm mmm mmm.

Lastly—the famed Mango Sticky Rice and coconut ice cream was FIRE!

Easily 5 stars.

I love this wonderful restaurant! I gladly pay their prices; the food is healthy and DELICIOUS 🤤. We had veggie spring rolls, shrimp coconut soup, veggie pad thai, and chicken green curry fried rice. Staff are always friendly and the order is made quick and healthy and they have much dedication for their food.

This is by far my favorite restaraunt in Pueblo/PWest. The food is so authentic and is bursting with flavor and spices. I've never had a bad meal here, everything that I try is delicious. I suggest the sidewalk noodle bowl and of course the spring rolls but anything you get, you are sure to love. It's no wonder they have such positive reviews and high stars! If you enjoy rich flavor and delicious food, I highly suggest Puukaow!

Apparently they are short staffed but they were amazing. The food oh my Lord . You must come in an try it all !! I'm coming back. You all were amazing. We enjoyed ourselves.

Very tasty food at this place. Their food is made very well and is very tasty in traditional form. The decor is acceptable and well as the seating. It isnt a very big place but their food makes us for it. Many dishes to choose from and you can choose to spice up anything using their star scale. My wife did 3 stars and almost had an epiphany and wrote her own bible it was so hot. So just be aware of that. I typically choose Pad Thai with the crushed peanuts on the side and chow down every morsel of it. I think if you enjoy Asian food you will enjoy this place.

Amazing Curry! They remove the shrimp tails, so you don’t have to deal with them and that’s nice!

I visited this restaurant for the first time about a month ago and I can’t stop going! The food and spice is amazing. The service is the best I’ve seen in a long time! I would highly recommend.

Stopped in on the road for a delightful lunch. Place is very clean and staff friendly. I was in a hurry and they truly put a rush on our meals.

We had two of the luch bowls and they were both delicious. They offer a scale of spiciness from 0 to 5. Thai iced tea came with one free refill, which I have never encountered before. For a strip mall Thai it was surprisingly good.

Pay no mind to the one star reviews here! Those are people who wouldn't know good Thai food if kicked them in the tush. This place has been a precious and authentic gem since day 1!!! The Thai tea is on the sweeter side but just right on a hot day. The lunch special is perfect proportioned to satisfy and if you go for dinner order 3 or 4 dishes and share. This is the only good way to eat Thai food! It will cost more but take the leftovers home they are better on Day2! The Pad Thai is on point with ground pork or chicken, the green curry is great with chicken or pork and the Massaman curry is amazing with beef! The variety of fried rice is no joking matter! People who were upset because they didn't get fried rice as their side....it is because it isn't a side it is a whole dish and is well worth it! It is a work of art not a side dish! The Lemongrass chicken soup is always lovely but a very distinct and strong flavor...not for first timers. But get it when you return for sure. Bottom line this place is worth every penny and the service is amazing!
