I’ve been here 3 times in the last two weeks and had good experiences each time with both food and service. I had the Winter Goddess salad with chicken yesterday and loved it. Mr. Bear is my usual go-to drink here. It is dry and really refreshing.
Today we stopped in for coffees and rolls. The wonderful baker girl was so very kind and made me an absolutely perfect latte. Her sticky buns and cinnamon rolls are heaven.
Our waitress was very cool, nice and efficient.

Nice place. Service was great the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was delicious. Burgers made with Colorado beef and brisket...yummy. The beers was tasty. I got a flight and enjoyed all 4 selections. Afterwards you can take a nice riverwalk.

We were passing through Pueblo for the night and saw Brues Alehouse on Maps. We were staying nearby at the Courtyard Marriott and needed to unwind from a long drive. This place was great! We were seated on the downstairs patio next to the river walk and it was fantastic! Families walked by with their dogs while we we’re sitting there with great music and sports on tv. Their beer was delicious, but you paid the craft beer price for it. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend!!

This is a fun restaurant with a cool "jailhouse" theme that serves up delicious food and beers, and even has a bakery. The menu was well described with symbols easily indicating vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.

Good beer, good food, and good service. This is a solid place to come eat and hang out. The green chili is delicious (as it should be in Pueblo), and their food was all-around yummy. They brew a decent variety of beer types as well, and offer a big stein size.

Went for early dinner on a Saturday and had no issue getting seated immediately. Servers were very friendly and quick. Per the server's recommendations we order the blistered shishito peppers, Brues Alehouse Burger w/ sweet potato fries, and the All-American Drive in... w/ regular fries. Every aspect of the food was well made. My partner enjoyed his beer and I ordered the 'Linda's Escape'. There's group of who would enjoy this but I prefer something a little less sweet and more crisp for a gin cocktail. Ultimately good but not for me. I think the price points are a little high, but not enough to deter me from stopping in should I find myself in Pueblo again.

I really enjoyed this place. The food was good, the staff was friendly and the service was great. It's a little pricey if you're planning on taking the whole family out, but for a date night or a lunch date, it was perfect.*They give servings that are well worth the price, in my opinion. My husband was especially excited about the tin cup his drink was served in. He thought that was great! We will definitely be visiting again.

Group of 10, Matt was great waiter, we were celebrating..one a little toasty, but fun. Several couples shared a meal, multiple drink orders, 2 people showed up late, lots of teasing. He was wonderful, patient & joined in with the fun. Food was hot, good, beers cold & drinks well mixed. Thanks for the great service, food, & wonderful night out with our friends!!@ Great atmosphere as well.

Very friendly service, delicious turkey sandwich, tasty creative cocktails and fun atmosphere were just what we were looking for after a long drive to Pueblo. We enjoyed being able to get right out on the Riverwalk to take an after dinner stroll. One of the best restaurants we've found in Pueblo in years.

Beer brewery and tap house located directly on Pueblo’s Riverwalk. This place is really special, especially because Pueblo doesn’t have many options like this. I believe the building used to be a police department, but has been totally remodeled, seems like new construction. The restaurant/bar area is spacious and has a cool vibe. The have outdoor seating directly on the Riverwalk. They also have an indoor live music venue with a band line up. There is also a coffee shop/cafe located inside the brew house. Prices were fine and service was pretty good. I’d go back!

This is an old police station converted into an amazing restaurant. It may be a bit pricey with $19 and $20 hamburgers. The location is downtown Pueblo, Colorado on the Riverwalk. The venue is huge with patios at street level and second floor, as well as, two indoor dining areas and an indoor music entertainment room.

This place was awesome! Very clean and cool! Service was great. Our bartender, DJ, was very nice and willing to answer all of our touristy questions. We got the bacon chili burger and it was delicious. We loved it. The beer and seltzers were good. I loved their blackberry honey Moscow mule. They’re a good size, so don’t let the $16 price steer you away from them! They’re delicious and worth it!

Worth the wait! Brues was busy when we visited on a Saturday evening bit was totally worth the wait. The beer is high quality with a variety of types and guest taps. Bartenders were helpful and courteous. We ordered the Bacon Chile Cheddar Burger and the Vegan Avocado Tacos for dinner. The tacos were delicious. Fresh avocado covered in a light breading on green chile tortillas. The burger was the winner though! So much flavor in the meat alone, plus the additions made it even more tasty.

Excellent, laidback atmosphere. Built in an old police precinct next/on the Pueblo Riverwalk.

Was caught up in socializing didn't get to take pics of my food. I ordered the Musso Farm Burger and I'll tell ya, hands down best burger in the state. And that has much to say. My wife ordered the Alehouse Burger and the garlic aioli is delicious. Everything is made in house, including their ketchup, had a nice, fresh distinct flavor.

Also, ordered green chili on the side and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, flavorful and spicy!! I love green chili and this is one of the best if not the best of all the green chilis I had. Will go again next time in Pueblo and try out their French toast or their breakfast burrito.

Update. We now live in Colorado .
We were here last Thursday, May 4, 2023. They had an incredible sour for my wife and they had an awesome hazy for me. Loved it!
