I was leaving did not realize I dropped my wallet. As I was backing up an employee, Armando, comes up to my car to return it to me. I can’t express enough gratitude for his kind act and I hope he gets some recognition for being a genuine and honest employee. Thank you Armando!

I stop by this Safeway on lunch breaks occasionally. I always have a good experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This Safeway also has DELICIOUS sushi, and the sweetest sushi chef anyone could ever want. He remembers me and always offers to make me something custom, and does a great job with the construction, flavor, and presentation with everything he makes. This location also offers a Starbucks and there is one 15 min Starbucks parking spot in the parking lot. The staff of the Starbucks are always friendly and make really good drinks. There are a few tables you can eat lunch at in the Starbucks area as well.

Clean, with helpful, responsive staff. Well stocked, easy to navigate, and well lit. I really love their pharmacy and pharmacy staff too.

Small grocery store, has most things people want, in a good area and a gas station. Always easy in easy out.

Pueblo West Safeway is a wonderful shopping experience for all types of gourmet food and fresh produce!

I would like to give a special shout out to Danika in the floral department at the Pueblo West Safeway! She was so pleasant and helped me with an order of 6 dozen white roses for my daughter's wedding! She even instructed me on how to pluck them and store them for my daughter's wedding! We did a petal toss and it was Beautiful! Thank you Danika for going above and beyond!

I was in desperate need for a certain cake, the lady in the bakery saved my day! She turned a princess cake into a blues clues cake in less than 20 minutes! 5+ stars to her!!!

I have had to order through pick up service and have had to call them from time to time if a correction or change needed to be made. I have spoken several times to Melody and others in their department. Everyone is friendly, had working and helpful. I appreciate what they do for me and am a loyal customer of many many years (and will continue to be thanks to the great service)!

I love Safeway! I prefer produce from there over Walmart. It's always quieter and the aisles are big enough for 2 or 3 carts. Not to mention I know where to go when I'm looking for a specific item. Doesn't mean I don't walk through the whole store when I'm shopping but if I forget or miss an aisle I know where to look.

Busy. But great employees of you need help.

Great place, great prices. They have a HUGE deli sandwich we got for 7.99 feeds 2 easy. Nice little dining area by the front door. Nice folks too

I've been going to this location for 3 years now and this is the first bad experience I have had. I only had a couple of items and chose to do the self check out. The store was very busy and each station was full. I paid and as my receipt was printing I loaded my two bags into the cart. I turned to grab my receipt as the cashier that manages all of the self check outs had literally grabbed it from the machine and checked it before handing it to me. I've never had an issue showing my receipt to any employee at any location I have shopped, this was beyond frustrating.

Edit. I heard back from the owner and appreciate the response. I changed my rating because one bad experience in 3 years did not justify a one star rating.

My kids and I come here for donuts once a week and the employees are so awesome! Especially Randy at check out! He always patiently waits for us to get all our stuff together, and is kind to all of us!

The meat department was awesome! I regret not getting the name of the best informative elder of that department. My husband and I received what we needed and are now cooking our dinner!

This is absolutely the best grocery store in the Pueblo area. The parking lot, unlike other stores here, has no pot holes, the store is clean and wide open. It is, overall, very modern. Employees are helpful and friendly.

It's it's a safe way and it carries most of the things that you would expect does have a pharmacy and they carry all the home items that you might need as well as a very good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables the meat department is probably the only reason I keep coming here is it's always quality meat. They do sell alcohol like beer and wine coolers no hard alcohol I also like the deli as it has a sushi restaurant in it and if you're into Starbucks it does have a Starbucks in the store.

Safeway is a great place to shop, we just moved here and staff is very helpful and kind. We always find quality fruits and vegetables, which is appreciated in this household! The store is always clean and neat. Did I mention that there is a Starbucks inside? :)

If you want a good choice of fresh donuts go in the morning. Not many left in the afternoon. Otherwise i always find the store fully stocked. Please get coconut pudding again.
