Great selection and fantastic customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, Amber was a delight to work with. Sale prices were outstanding compared to what I've seen elsewhere. I will be definitely check there first for any needs in the future.

Amber was awesome and patient with us. We weren't sure what we wanted but she showed us around and we finally found something we (both, myself & husband) loved. Credit with 0% financing for 6 months was approved with no hassle for our purchase of a great sectional, coffee table, end table and area rug.

The guys that delivered and set up the furniture were also great and professional.
They were a great team and very knowledgeable about the furniture. They were also patient with me as I had them move furniture around until I was pleased with the placement.

The salesperson, Amber, was extremely attentive and friendly. Immediately went to work in helping us understand and find the right bed for us. Took her time and really treated us like she valued our time and business. After finding a mattress that we liked she helped us use the online system to get the frame we wanted.

Delivery and assembly was also quick and painless. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Put a very complicated bed stand together very quickly and demonstrated absolute professionalism.

The delivery people were courteous and professional as well. The furniture I bought looks expensive and is so comfortable. Having just moved from a larger city and used to waiting for customer service, I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't be happier and more satisfied from my shopping experience at Big John's. Plus, they have such a large selection. Perfect!

The staff at Big John's Furniture Warehouse go above and beyond! I was in the need for a new sofa and due to my work schedule I was only able to arrive to their showroom about 1 minute prior to their closing time. Even though I arrived as they were closing and did not call beforehand, a sales associate was kind enough to work well past their shop hours. Great service and great furniture at Big John's!!!

Purchased a new table and chairs at a great price. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable on how furniture is made and what makes a piece of quality. I will be back when I need other furniture (sure beats having to travel out of the valley).
