Falls at Riverwoods Apartments & Townhomes

I love living at the falls. Super convenient location and quiet area surrounded by trees. Maintenance has been quick to resolve any issues. The new office ladies have been pleasant to work with.

Great place to stay at. It's a little pricy, but I think it's worth it. The community consists of college students and mostly young families. I had the heat go out in the middle of winter, and the maintenance crew came quickly and repaired it. They were very friendly and professional. I've had no other issues maintenance-wise.

I love living at the falls! The management team here is so great and helpful with any concerns and questions I have. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job of keeping the grounds clean and nice. If there is ever a problem they are quick to fix it with a great attitude. And I also love that I have a gym I can go to, a business center if I ever need to print anything, a splash pad for my little one, a beautiful pool with tables & grills. It feels like I'm on vacation and live at a resort sometimes! Definitely 5 stars!

I came here for a tour with a very short notice move in and they were extremely accommodating. The property was very clean and the staff I worked with, Lyndsey, was very professional and helpful. I looked a their recently built townhomes and they were extremely nice. The attached garage was a great feature as well as the dog park. If hadn't found something that worked for me a bit better, I would have absolutely signed a lease here.

I've lived here for ~a year and can't say enough good things. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They've always been quick to answer any and all questions I have. Maintenance is pleasant and they respond super fast to requests. The pool and hot tub are always clean, the grounds are well maintained, and their snow removal is on point. Would recommend.

We’ve just moved to Logan and Rylie (at the office) help us feel less stressed about finding an apartment. Her professionalism and costumer service skills are amazing! We love how convenient it is located and our apartment it’s great. We’ve asked maintenance to take care of a few things and they were super fast to addressed our requests. If you are considering to move to Logan, this is the place!

I haven't lived here very long but I've loved it so far! The maintenance team is AWESOME and everyone in the office is so friendly! I would definitely recommend! I was in the office and put in a maintenance request and I had been home for literally 45 seconds when we got a knock at the door! It was so fast! Love love them and they're so friendly.

I have only lived here for a few months but i love the complex and the staff. They are always very friendly and answer all my questions. If I have a problem with anything the maintenance guys are always on top of things and take care of it in a timely manner. The residents are nice to talk with and the overall experience is great. my gym is within walking distance and great food and entertainment are all within a couple blocks. I would highly recommend The Falls to anyone!

I was delighted and impressed that Brad spent time talking wit me about my current needs and about recent changes in staffing and procedures that I noticed and asked about. Brad is organized, accessible, and has a vision of how to make work go smoothly, quickly, and keep clients happy, and staff motivated and both confident in his leadership.
Miguel snd Caylor (sp) finished all the repairs quickly, correctly, and were so pleasant to have around - very friendly and knowledgeable. With all the changes in maintenance, I was glad to know Miguel was still here - he is one who knows these facilities inside and out; always makes sure his work and those he trains or mentors is complete and up to standards. He is helpful in answering client questions about how anything works and caring for things.

I love the staff here and the apartments and amenities are top notch. I've lived here for a year and this is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in (and I've lived in about 8). Anyone you talk to on the phone or in person is friendly, any questions I've had they've clearly answered. I moved here from North Carolina and actually had to sign unseen which is scary, but wasn't all that worried after talking (many times) to the leasing agents here and because the building I'm living in was just built. Getting myself and all my stuff across the country and starting a new job within a week was extremely stressful, but this team kept me sane. The apartments are spacious and everyone who's visited comments on the granite countertops and the balcony. The new gym they just put in is great, it's crossfit inspired and has everything you'd need to do a WOD, there's 2 rowing machines, a cycle room and a room for your kids to play in while you workout. The pool is great, there's also a kiddie pool and hotub. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.

I really like The Falls. They have some amazing deals you can get especially in the off end of semester months, which is what we did. We love the playground for our kids and the kiddie pool is super fun. It could be a little warmer, but the big pool is heated so our kids can go in there with floaties :) The hot tub is open year round. Our apartment has a really good view of the trees which is nice and there's a dirt path right by the trees that is nice for taking a stroll. Our 3 bedroom apartment is nice and spacious - we have a baby grand piano in our living room and the patio is fun to let the kids play outside as kind of a back yard. Maintenance is very quick at fixing anything. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and will be sad to leave!

We lived here for two years and loved our experience! The apartments are nice, maintenance is great, and the staff was always friendly to us. The location is perfect, and the grounds are well-maintained. We look back on our time here fondly!

I have been a resident here at The Falls for just over 8 months now, and have loved it so far. The staff are the most personable and friendly I have ever delt with, and that goes for the whole staff not just the front office. Everything is kept very clean, and the grounds are cleared of snow and ice in a very timely manner. There is even a dog park for pet owners, which is great for non pet owners such as myself. That way dogs and their owners dont take up all the open grounds in the summer. I will definitely be living here at The Falls for the next few years until I finish my degree at Utah State. And would eagerly recommend it to anyone else looking for a good community to live in.

The Falls at the Riverwoods is probably one of the best places I have or will ever have lived. The Staff was awesome; just super nice down to earth people who want to make sure your experience at their apartment complex is one of a kind. Another great reasons I love living at the falls is because of the super roomie apartments that have 9ft ceilings instead of 8ft, and then the pool area is one of a kind. And the last thing is the great location; I am right next to a gym, shopping center, spa and salon, and then movie theater and grocery store just down the road. So if you are looking for a great place to live at a reasonable price I would definitely check this place out.

So far it has been great they came the next day and replaced my disposal that was leaking. The staff in the office has been awesome always calling to give me updates.

We moved into The Falls in November as a stopgap to moving into the new townhomes. We made that move in January. It is new construction so hiccups were expected. What I didn’t expect was the quickness to resolve our issues. The office staff Erica, Kylie and Sasha are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to walk in and see their smiling faces. The maintenance staff, Eddie, JJ and Miguel are super responsive, professional and friendly. The entire staff goes above and beyond to exceed our expectations. JR is the project manager for the new construction. He has been amazing. I can’t think of a better place to reside than The Falls at Riverwoods. Kudos to the staff!! Thanks so much The Felty’s

Living at the Falls is like dating a hot chick with a great personality: You get to show off the apartment to your friends, but you also would feel comfortable bringing your parents around. It's a great place to live with a great staff. The south end of Logan is stepping up it's game - and the Falls is the crown jewel

Love it here! Great place with awesome apartments! Super confortable and it's a fun environment. Pool area is relaxing and perfect for friends and family, plus it has Barbecuers. Erika is the best manager I've ever had and is SUPER AWESOME! The rest of the staff is super friendly too! :)
