Physical Therapy Southern Colorado Clinic

I fell ill while traveling on a road trip. Colorado clinic was extremely thorough and helpful. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't bad considering I did come in later in the afternoon. I appreciated that they took the time to help me. I ended up with my first ever ear infection and the PA was thorough enough to notice before the pain got bad. All staff was very nice and the were really good with covid protocols. The exam rooms had air purifiers in them!

Absolutely love this clinic!! The receptionists are so very friendly not only over the phone but also in person. I had to transfer my 3 kids records from various clinics (we were a military family) and the gal that was helping me was so very nice about it which I greatly appreciated!! Our care provider never makes us feel rushed and always answers all our questions. She also always follows through on all follow ups, referrals, RX refills, etc. I can't say enough great things about this clinic!! Highly recommend.

Everyone here is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and the wait is short. I often checked in online and waited only 5 minutes to be seen by my PCP or have other work done. For Urgent Care it could be longer but all staff and doctors were very thorough and caring. I've enjoyed all medical services I had so far. And they have everything here!

Preferred doctors AND urgent care at this location. Sandra Ware is my primary and she is amazing and very compassionate, sweet and listens to her patients. And for the urgent care Scott Deruiter is amazing, you can tell he truly loves his job. Everyone who is complaining need to realize not everything goes 100% right ever for anyone, but they try and that is what matters. I named dropped the most caring doctors-my opinion-

First time patient who was looking for a new primary care physician. They got me in to see Dr. Sergio Murillo within 48 hours. The staff, the experience, and Dr. Murillo were absolutely fantastic. I could not be more appreciative! He even had a medical student named Kodee and she was excellent as well. The front desk experience was seamless. All around, very happy. Thanks for helping me, from one care provider to another. :)

I had my first appointment yesterday and Shannon was very thorough to discover what was the exact cause of my problem without causing me any discomfort. She was knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. I look forward to our continued meetings to repair my knee, I have every faith in her expertise.

Today was my first time going to see Dr. Nallegowda. Have been driving to the Springs for the past 18 months or so for pain management. It was a pleasant experience,everyone from the front office to the Dr himself were very friendly,professional and helpful. He was a very caring and compassionate man,just a pleasure to speak to and with. I took my latest mri results,my records of last procedures and Meds list with me. Have a bad back,hip and si joint and has been a while since had any imaging of my hip or si joint,everyone else I've been to concentrates on just my back and disc issues,he ordered an X-ray first for my hip,10 minutes later was in a gown getting an X-ray and even they were nice and very professional. Even with the X-ray was very guick appointment. I'm sure having those documents helped some and filled out some stuff online yesterday didn't hurt either. Before I could get the paper work filled out was in the back waiting to see the Dr. I've been going to and dealing with pain management for 11 years now and was by far the best experience I've had. Can't thank Dr. Nallegowda and the staff there enough.

After my hip replacement surgery the PT folks did a great job in helping me to regain mobility and muscle strength quickly and they were very professional.

I brought my children in for an appointment with Dr. Sabatini and we were very impressed with her care. She was very thorough in her exams and attentive to our needs. She related well to our young children and made them feel at ease and comfortable. Very welcoming environment!

I’ve been under the care of DPT Jamie Ownbey at SCC PT for several years due to chronic neck and back pain caused by injury. She has been a life-saver! Extremely knowledgeable and skilled; she is always able to find the root cause of my issues and works to develop a path to wellness. Without her expertise I’d have to rely on pain meds and surgery. Bonus, she also dry-needles. It’s always a warm and welcoming environment, from entering the office until you leave and I am grateful for their services!

Not sure what others complain about but a word of advice, you waste everyone's time if you are not up front about your issues in particular how much you REALLY drink and prolongs your diagnosis and care. Questions are asked for a reason. Good doctors don't pass out pot cards like candy. Don't be stupid especially you macho types or potheads. THAT SAID, Dr. Fields has provided EXCELENT care for my needs including prescriptions and referrals. His nurse Rosa is on top of everything with quick response with my prescriptions as well as my referrals. What a rockstar!!. Give her a raise and keep her on staff. These two are very professional and super friendly. They go well beyond what I have ever experienced in my past. Best part is not sugar coating anything as I take my medical needs very seriously. And my gratitude to the front desk help as well, again courteous and very friendly, Trisha just to single one out. Kudos to all. Way more than I ever expected.

I went in a little over a month ago. Had no issues getting an appt. My wait time was minimal. Both Tara Guy and her assistant were great! Easy to communicate with and promptly got my prescription called in.

James Archuleta is hands down one of the sweetest and thorough providers I've seen! He makes you feel comfortable and his MA is kind and makes sure you're in the best care! The front staff got me in quickly and the tablets were easy to use!

I’ve been coming to this place for several years now & I love it. The staff are always very helpful and sincerely care about the patient. I must admit, I did cheat and went to 2 other places in town and found their patient care lacking with poor techniques & inability to create a plan for recovery. I only went elsewhere because it can be hard to get in. They’re always packed. This place always listens to the patient and comes up with a plan together. I highly recommend them

The pain clinic is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Mallikarjuna Nallegowda has been my pain management doctor for 5 years. I'm somewhat of a challenge as I can't pain medication due to sensitivity and Fibromyalgia so finding the right pain management can be difficult. Dr. Nallegowda is very knowledgeable, from consultation to injections to nerve ablasions and his tableside manner couldn't be more pleasant. When he told me he was moving to Southern Colorado Clinic, I said "I don't care where you go, I'm following."

Professional, knowledgeable and positive staff from the front desk to the therapist. This is my second tour at PT with this center. The Staff are all the same employees from 2 years ago. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Excellent staff! Very concerned about your wellbeing and healing. Staff is very attentive to your medical history to make sure you are safe while doing therapy. Would highly recommend if you are in need of their services.

Dr Timms by far is the best for arthritis. No run around honest and I never have to wait. Injections are completely painless.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here from each PT/PTA and office administrators. I’m doing fine now and will still go in to see how everyone is doing. They really build a great connection.
