Mary was absolutely brilliant, able to efficiently and effectively solve my problem, and ultimately went above and beyond to help me achieve my aim.

There was an extremely rude lady who came in and was demanding to be served when there was a line of people to be waiting, treated the employees like manure. Huge shout out to the manager who handled her perfectly and protected his employees while maintaining the professionalism of a saint! Well done sir!

She had the audacity to play the victim and brought her son and husband in to ‘defend’ her entitlement and lies. The other customers waiting in line defended the employees from her and her family.

Despite the lady’s interruptions the staff were extremely proficient at their jobs!

Fast service, great customer service and very well located. I walked in for a stamp and found amazing deals on luggage and a mini computer caring case. With TSA security locks.

Pueblo location 12-27-23. Good selection of printers. Customer service on troubleshooting a printer was 5-stars. Business card services are convenient & reasonable.

I've had a couple of large print orders at this store. They're very quick and thorough. Each order has been done to specification with no errors and done within 24 hours. Even more appreciated was the employee who took a moment from a complicated situation with another customer to hand me my order and get me out quickly- without me even asking. I'll keep coming back for that kind of service

Went in to pick up my print job from them and it wasn't ready yet but Brandon took care if me and got the jib finished fast. The flyers I had them print came out great. Thank you Staples.

Such nice and caring workers. I went in today to get my sons flyers and the lady working the copy center had the biggest heart. I wish I got her name. Thank you so much for reminding me that not all corporations only want your money and you genuinely care for your customers. I will continue to go through you guys for my printing needs!

These days it's rare to get quality customer service but Staples never disappoints! Today Marquis went out of his way to help me look for something as simple as a gift bag! His helpful cheerful attitude was appreciated!

Convenient place to drop off a package for UPS shipment. Friendly, efficient staff. Combined with the fun of browsing through all those office accessories. Also, have bought higher dollar items there and have always been treated fairly and courteously. Their print services department was a lifesaver for me when I needed copies quickly for a meeting. Great store.

My Staples survey did not prompt to recognize any employees, so I wanted to reach out onto here and give a huge thanks to Pamela for her help the other day. I made a decision and expressed it to her, and she delivered a bunch of options for me to check out while ringing me up. Her customer service, her knowledge, and her great, friendly demeanor were a huge plus as to why I shop there, and why I keep returning! Thank you, Pamela, for your help!

Staples customer service was excellent! Mariah was so helpful and patient helping with our Flyers. She went out of her way to make them look very professional. I would definitely highly recommend using their print and marketing department.

Had just come from Best Buy where we could get no service after waiting about 15 minutes. Went to one of their employees and asked for service they said they would get with me when they were done with their current customer but then went and helped someone else before us so we walked out and went to Staples and within one minute we were helped with a very competent employee named Grant and left with our purchase within 10 minutes. Staples has my business!

They are the best the copy center the young man working in there right now tonight..
Monday 8/26 645 pm. I have been in here before with him working and he had a very difficult customer behind me and he still managed to get the guy smiling even though the guy was very rude to him I even made a comment to the customer myself because he is the nicest most helpful person I've ever seen in any copy center and I live in Fowler and I would come here over any place that man deserves a raise if he is awesome!! Thank you Staples for always being so awesome to me. I loved my copies to more than I even thought I would.. ♡ Thank you! !
Customer service is so hard and so many people don't do their jobs these days - I really hope this company does rewards this young man because he knows what he's doing and keeps people happy no matter what and he's very tech savvy!! I couldn't even get these to print on my own computer.. ♡

TOM IS THE BOMB!!!! I accidentally left my resume copies in the airport and was frantic to get new ones printed- the website said 24 hours, but I walked right in & Tom assured me he could print it right away, then he even put it on nicer paper to make it look better! Most places you can't get eye contact from someone 15 minutes before close- I could not believe his extraordinary customer service!!! If I could give 10 stars to this phenomenal location I would!

I dropped in with my laptop and smart phone on the blink! Aaron and the Asst Manager helped me. They did diagnostic testing for free. My laptop's motherboard seems to be dying. They encouraged me to consider a new laptop rather than pour more money into this one, but no pressure to buy from them. They did take time to review the features of the ones they had in stock.

For my phone they tested it and determined a stronger battery charger was the answer. Still doing great 3 weeks later.

This store did a great job of informing me with accurate information on prices and how to instruction to print what I needed off of their printer using my USB. The young man I talked to on the phone was super helpful with a sense of humor. Good job Staples!

The printing center is where it's at!!! Zaphnath specifically deserves a raise of some kind! Every time I have gone in he takes care of what I need in a timely and orderly fashion. Not only is he taking care of my order but also juggling other customers at the same time. His chill vibe and great social skills goes a long way. I would even call him the "Staple" of Staples ;)

This Staples store was told to evacuate due to a fire behind the Yamaha store behind them by police and fire department on the day JR was upset and was only closed from approximately 1:30pm-3pm when they were allowed to reopen by the fire department. Considering the terrible fire in Denver area this was a precaution for the safety of the employees and customers.

Morgan and Cole in the Copy and Print section are the best!! Thank you for always being so courteous and friendly even when days are hectic! I truly appreciate your smiles and you both have the BEST customer service I've seen in a very long time!!

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zack in the print and marketing center. Super courteous and helpful. Visited Pueblo two weeks ago dropping my son off at nearby CSU and happened to leave my usb drive. Zach was able to locate it and assist me with mailing it to my home in all the way in Texas.
