Tambree Meadows Assisted Living

If your looking for a “home like” environment for your loved one- this is the perfect place. Staff genuinely care about each and every one of the residents and the facility feels like one big family. The care they provide is phenomenal- highly recommend.

I worked for Tambree for a year and a half.... loved it and the residents. Hard to find staff for this line of work just like all the other facilities, but they really do care about they're residents. Easy to work with...if you have a problem', just talk with them...they will listen

I've worked with a handful assisted living facilities in the area, and Tambree Meadows is my favorite! The staff have a knack for treating the residents as if they are family and it is reflected in the wonderful relationships between them and their families. Our org provides home health to several residents, and it is always a joy to see the facility promote aging in place when able.

Yes I am a employee at Tambree and yes it has been a very hard time to work in a assisted living facility, between Covid and staffing shortage it has made it
extremely challenging to work in this business. But I its funny how someone could say were all about the money and we don't care when we are about the only place in Idaho Falls who has accepted medicaid residents, in which if you didn't know medicaid only pays about half of what someone paying privately would pay for a room so you can't be anything about the money and then ifin our business we can't close our business early or not open a couple days a week to give our employees some well needed time off like a restraunt or most other kindof businesses we have to continually try and find staff and yes sometimes you have to give anybody that can pass a background check a chance and hope for the best . But in the two years I have been there, I have yet to see one resident flee our place due to nothing getting the love and support and cares that they need so maybe if more people would step up and volunteer there time to assisted living skilled nursing our elderly would be cared for even better. So if your wanting a great family like place to work then come to Tambree Meadows

Love Tambree Meadows. I have told my children to never put me in an assisted living but after working here I told them I would be happy to live here. The residents are happy and so is the staff. Great place.

The building is nice and has a home like feel. The staff have been friendly and I can tell the management cares about my loved one

Update my step dad still stays here but they need more employees and more stuff is needed. There but overall he likes it. my dad lives here he has loved it. he may need to move. but he likes here he has gotten and has found alot of help over here. and they all have made me and my dog not only feel at home. but its a great place my dog loves it there she loves all the pet all the residents there are treated with respect and its tecnicly none bias. but they have people that take them shopping and people that help set up apotments cause i have to worry about more than 1 thing anyway. its been a great place for him

Looks really nice! The prices seem very steep though...

So disappointed in this place. We had high hopes when we met with Ashley that they had the skills and preparedness to take care of my father who is deep into late onset Alzheimer’s. We were completely transparent about the fact that he roamed and was impulsive. That sometimes he can act out. Ashley told us that this is what they were trained for and that we were “paying them a lot of money to take care of things like this.” Apparently that really isn’t the case. Ashley was fired and Dad was kicked out with 24 hours notice after he “pushed the CNA’s hands down” while she was trying to keep him from wandering into another resident’s room. I don’t blame the CNA. They have a very difficult job with LOW compensation. I just feel that the mission of this place was mis-represented to us. When we moved out we were not offered one bit of help moving the furniture. (My wife and I did it alone.). When we moved him to Lily and Syringa we not only received more help than we knew what to do with but they were honest and up front with us. We feel that this is a blessing in disguise. Tambree Meadows is a nice location. They are equipped to take care of elders that needs some assistance but DO NOT take your beloved Alzheimer’s patient here unless they are snowed to the point that they will sleep 24/7. They also ran November’s auto pay and mailed the receipt on November 2nd when they had notified my mother that he had to be out on October 30th. I hope my mother can get this money back quickly as she is taking money out of their savings to pay for my father to live at Lily and Syringa.

11-21-2018. I want to modify this so it is accurate. They did NOT run November's autopay. They sent her a bill for November...AND October. Apparently they lost the check that my mother gave Ashley when they fired Ashley.
