Dr. Brooke really knows his profession. He is a no nonsense doctor who truly cares about the health of his patients. He is direct and to the point, he is old school, has a great bedside manner and quickly became an important part of my health care team. I highly recommend Dr. Brooke and his staff. They are caring, kind professionals that I can trust.Thanks for doing such a great job.

I have referred patients to Dr. Brooke over the last 3-4 years and he has been able to help most all of them. He always sends a report and update of the visits. His staff has also been good to work with in our experiences.

I've been seeing Doctor Brooke for 25 years. I've had 2 melanomas, currently treating the second. He's a no nonsense doctor, communicates very well and sincerely cares about his patients. I recommend Dr. Brookes highly.

We LOVE Dr. Brooke! He has been treating a client of mine who has had severe foot fungus for years. She’s very apprehensive and scared of doctors, and doctors offices. Dr. Brooke in only two months has made a significant change in her feet! The staff is so kind and friendly, she asks often, when she can go see them again! The reviews on here do not at all correlate with the service my family and I have been provided. Many people nowadays are accustomed to being treated like kings and queens, first of all this doctor knows his stuff. One of my family members had a severe case of psoriasis and after multiple failed attempts by other dermatologist in the area this doctor was able to get it under control. Yes he’s a little cold but what good doctor isn’t. Unlike many doctors this doctor is not a cocky guy, he’s very humble and he knows his stuff. Remember he went to school for over a decade to get where he’s at and to become what he is. He’s a doctor not a server at some restaurant so give the guy the respect his office and him deserve.

I have had just two appointments with this doctor's office and so far his staff has been very friendly and easy to work with. One of the appointments was for an in-office procedure that went well. The doctor was very friendly and willing to explain things to me.

I have been going to Dr brook for over a year and I have never had a bad experience I was extremely nervous at one appointment when I had to have a tiny procedure but the surgury went really good and my scar to date looks great no major issues with it at all.

Excellent doctor. He even has Saturday hours, so kids don't miss school. My son is doing great thanks to Dr. Brooke and his staff. highly recommend

Caring and thorough

I had an appointment at 8:30 and the Doctor didn't show up. 50 minutes later they put me in with a different Doctor. He spent 5 minutes with me and didn't explain anything. He wrote a prescription and sent me on my way. Very disappointing.

Pushy, sneaky and conniving.

This place is a very sneaky and conniving place and they are simply trying to screw you out of anything they can by with holding information from you. If I had the money, this guy would be in court ASAP.

The over all feel of the visit was uncomfortable. The doctor told me that he was going to give me a shot, "I'm going to give this shot and it should help." Never mentioned any additional cost. As I left I triple checked that the bill was paid and the insurance covered their part and that there would be no other expenses. I was assured that that was the case. The receptionist proceeded to accost me to make a follow up appointment stating that it was "mandatory." Don't for get folks we are hiring the doctor, they work for us. She continued to pressure me into a follow up visit that I simply cannot afford, I could hardly afford the initial visit. They continued to tell me they would simply schedule me a visit. To which I replied, "I will simply cancel it." After that go around for a few minuets, I left. Three weeks later I received a bill in the mail for the shot that I was given! I was never told there was an additional cost for the shot. The bill was 1 1/2 times the cost of a follow up appointment. I called to speak to the doctor who refuses to talk to me over the phone and billing told me that he would dictate a letter to me; in which he told me he would talk to me over a follow up appointment for which I would have to pay for! Finally after telling them I would be contacting my lawyer they told me they would have the doctor call me, we'll see what comes of it.

My mom came to check her skin. Doctor did not even ask my mom, if is ok for him to take sample of her skin. She came to check diffrent side of face. And he goes straight to the side that she did had cancer before, and she been not having problems with it. Her concern was opposite side of face that she came visit him. I would not recommend that doctor

Previous to my appointment here, I’d had 2 prior Dermatologists separately diagnose me with Rosacea. I’d made this appointment since my insurance was no longer in network with either of the 2 other Dermatologists, but was with Idaho Falls Dermatology.
Everything upon walking into their suite was bad attitudes, lack of sanitary patient rooms and medical equipment, and the crankiest most forgetful- uneducated Dr I’ve ever seen. He told me Dermatologists didn’t treat TMJ or facial muscle spasms with Botox and he wasn’t sure who would. He told me I did not have Rosacea, just Hives. He then wrote me a over the counter Perscription for a medication I’d told him 3 times within 5 minutes that I ALREADY WAS TAKING and had been for over 5 years.
He handed me a brochure about hives and told me to come back in 6 weeks…. It was an absolute joke and waste of time. He then saw the look on my face of disbelief and disgust and began to Medical Gaslight me by suggesting, then telling me I must be the reason and cause for my hives. He didn’t even address the other two issues Id made the appointment for.
I’d be more insulted if it weren’t for his obvious ignorance and bewildering fact that somehow he’d managed to make a living at treating patients for decades. A thought that leaves me very concerned for the outcomes he’s prob caused for his patients.
If you value a Dr who will value you as a person and patient and also have common knowledge about what their specialty is able to treat… don’t bother going here. The receptionist isn’t even polite- but rather outwardly annoyed you’re even there at all.

Save your time and money go somewhere else !! Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I’ve been going for many appointments with the hope of good results. I paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket. My results are same or worst. Drs are quick and lack of a planning or following up with conditions Office is not clean. And office staff act like your inconvenience them with your presence. I’ve asked for pricing before for each of my appointment but the answer I received was they did haven’t that information. To find out later a 10 min appointment with no instructions after besides to come back and see him again was $$$.

I went here several years ago after moving back to Idaho Falls. I was never very happy with the treatments and also felt like the doctor didn't care. But since I didn't know where else to go, I went back for a follow up visit. This time, my mom came with me because she was concerned. After we left, she strongly advised me NOT to ever go back. Not only did the doctor not care, but his office was extremely cluttered and very dirty. My biggest objection, however, was that he wanted to use me as a guinea pig to test out some new devices he had recently acquired. That was the last straw and I've not been back since. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cared about their health.

I do not like this place. Ridiculous rules. My 4 year old daughter was bouncing a stuffed toy on the walls and they made her stop. They also said I couldn't go into the room with my brother. They said, "We only like one person coming into the room.... but it's up to you." When I said my mom and I would go back since it's "up to us." The nurse kept saying over and over that they only like one person. She should of just said I can't go instead of saying I have an option then ignoring my answer.

My brother said the doctor had horrible bedside manner. Also, the doctor only removed half of his wart. HALF?! What was my brother paying for? It's just going to come back. AND my brother told the doctor that the shot he got for numbing didn't do enough and he could feel the wart being cut off. The doctor didn't even acknowledge him. My 25 YEAR OLD brother told me he was crying and saying, "ouch" the whole time. Is this place serious???!

The only person who I felt treated us well is Wendy, the front receptionist. She even gave my daughter stickers and things to color. Lovely lady! I'd recommend going Mountain West Dermatology instead.
