This is the best ice cream in Idaho Falls. Jaycee does a great job and is a master ice cream mixer. There's plenty of seating and it's kept very clean. The ice cream is awesome and the caramel apples are great. This is our favorite treat stop in Idaho Falls.

Cold stone is a fun chain of Ice cream shops with mixin's. This location is well run.

They make a mean ice cream concoction! The girls are fun and upbeat! Watch out though they'll make you feel like a little girl when they arm wrestle you! They are tough as nails from mixing up all the ice cream day in day out! They didn't gloat too bad when they bested me though. 5 stars! Gonna keep training so I stand a better chance next time!

Everyone knows Cold stone ice cream is the best ice cream but this store is the best ice cream AND the best employees. these employees go over the top for us every time we come in! If you’re the owner and reading this pleaseeee give them a raise or bonus or something! They’ve earned it

Love this place! My son has peanut allergies, and they have procedures and guidelines that they always follow. They take it seriously, which is good because peanut allergies are an allergy, not an intolerance! Thanks, coldstone!

Staff was so kind and the owner was working along his staff and even gave my husband a free scoop just because.

I had a great time here! The carmel apples are always a family favorite and the variety of ice cream flavors were amazing. The ice cream was great quality and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend Cold Stone as the perfect place to grab a fun treat!

I love it here I get the same thing but it's still my favorite treat! I highly recommend the birthday surprise with strawberries! It's my fave! The employees are always nice and work quickly! It's a nice place to chill and hangout 😊 highly recommend!

I've worked at various Cold Stones throughout my high school and college years, and have always loved it. When I called the Rexburg store today to see if they still had their seasonal Valentines day flavor they said they were out. I called Idaho Falls half expecting them to be as well. Not only did they have some, but the owner of the store (she owns both) offered to make me a carton and have her husband drop it off at the Rexburg store on his way up there. That's above and beyond customer service! So glad I get to savor this fudge truffle ice cream one last time until next February :)

With 3 minutes till closing, they had a line of 8 people. They stayed open for all of us till we got everything, and gave awesome customer service! I’m pretty loyal to Reeds Dairy, but this visit exceeded my expectations!

Great quality ice cream like any cold stone location. We had no issues getting in and out. Would recommend this location.

The service was really great and they served us quickly. I had some younger children with me and the workers were very helpful and patient with helping them. The best costumer service I have had at a cold stone!

I've always have liked this place, just don't come here often, because of the prices. Good ice cream, friendly staff.

The Ice cream is amazing. My favorite is Oreo creme with Reese's peanut butter cups. The staff are so awesome, they're always so helpful.

Another great business in Idaho Falls. They have excellent service and the person who waited on me was funny, pleasant and made me enjoy Coldstone that much more.
