Dr. Price and his team were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. It's been a few years since I've had my eyes checked, but they made the process extremely easy for me to fall back into the routine, and they made me feel like none of my questions were silly. I'll never go anywhere else, and will recommend them to anyone!

We have been station in Mountain Home two times. I went to see Dr.Price in 2012 and since we back in 2019. I never had an issues with him or his team. Front desk is super friendly. I even got seen pretty quick when I had some eye issues.

Dr. Gibbons goes far and above to take care of my eye health. He does a lot of the legwork between my insurance and his office. I don’t believe you could find any better eye care in the surrounding area. He has been my provider for 17 years or more. The entire staff is just awesome.

It was my first visit to the office, and I had a good experience. From check-in to check-out staff members provided excellent customer service. The physician took the time to hear my issues and explained to me the whole process. I liked the fact that he listened and had good eye contact with me as the patient and not just sit in front of the computer typing notes which I've seen other physicians do before. I would like to thank Elmore County eye care for the great experience and their warm welcoming.

Wonderful experience! Everyone here has been extremely kind and helpful. I got a contacts fitting done here, and had to come back a couple times for corrections and because the first brand dried my eyes out.

They scheduled me in quickly and gave me trials free of charge until we found the right ones.

Very helpful with my insurance and finding me the best cost!

Thank you for excellent patient care! My three year old grandson is very hard on his glasses and has broken several pair. When my daughter came in today to order a new pair, she was told they had a pair on hand, waiting for him in case he needed them. Knowing he might have a hard time going a week waiting, they anticipated his need and were ready! What a great service! Thanks so much!

I LOVE Dr Kyle Kenison. He has taken care of my post-operative emergency glaucoma, which is a scary, unstable, possibly blindness-causing problem. He is smart, professional, compassionate, and completely dedicated. Plus, he manages to keep every doctor on the case on the same page. I wish he did more than eyes!

Went in over a year ago and as I remember it, I had a good experience there for I called to make an appointment for my daughter and me. First call I was asked to be put on a brief hold which turned into being left on hold until the phone disconnected. I called back and again was asked to be put on a brief hold and I said sure but please don't forget because this was my second call. Then they get back on and asked for my info so I give it and after a long silence she said sorry I am just trying to find your account. Then after another long silence someone else gets on the phone and says that I left a bad review last time so they won't create an appointment. First of all as I explained to the lady on the phone I never left a review, but that's fine I can leave one now. Second if my business received a bad review with someone I would want a second chance to make it right but everyone is different. I do know that I will never recommend this place now. In fact this all happened in front of a good friend who said they were going to go there but if that is how they treat people she won't go there either. I also checked the reviews thinking maybe I just don't remember leaving on and low and behold I haven't left one until now.

I'd recommend going pretty much anywhere else in mountain home. I have taken my special needs daughter in for glasses twice now. The first time the doctor was good with her but they didn't measure my kiddo for glasses so she ended up with a pair that didn't fit. Because they were medicaid frames we were stuck for a year. They did adjust them 2 times free of charge.

This time the doctor was gruff and impatient with my kid. She has sensory and cognitive issues and gets confused when she's given instructions. She is big for her age but cognitively is at a much younger age. My husband had to intervene and explain she has cognitive issues and was not trying to be naughty, she just didn't understand.

They were short staffed and ready for lunch. We were early for her appointment but due to staff it ran long. A woman brought the frames out and started doing other things, paying my child no mind. Fine, I can help her try them on myself. I tried a pair on my kid that clearly didn't fit. They came up about halfway on her eye. They were the ones she liked, so I asked staff if they would be adjusted (I assumed they had already measured her head, I wasn't back in the room with her.). Totally my mistake. She said nothing and continued on getting ready to leave for lunch. She was in a huge rush to get us out of there so we had no time to look at any other frames - it was clear she just wanted us to leave. She didn't even look at my daughter just snapped "she looks fine to me!". I asked her if she needed to take measurements and she said we were all good and rushed us out. I told her her last pair had never fit right and she ignored this too.

The next day when I had time to think about it I had my husband call and cancel the glasses. I was concerned about getting another pair that didn't fit. He made arrangements to pick up the prescription which we did the next day. When he called he told them to please cancel the order as we would be getting them somewhere else.

We went to Walmart and ordered frames. The lady there spent lots of time and made sure to measure her and find a pair that looked good. Walmart called and asked Elmore county eye Care to cancel as medicaid will only pay for one set of glasses. They told them only my husband could. He called and asked again for it to be cancelled and explained what happened. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. Told him he should have cancelled the order instead of "being demanding" (he did cancel the order the day after the appointment to be sure they had time to cancel before the work was started). When he had and she said "well you never talked to me!!" How could he know who to talk to? He had called and cancelled the frames. She said she would try but I was probably too late. She was extremely rude and told him they were short staffed and "didn't have a lot of time to spend with each customer". We were literally given probably a minute of their time for glasses and got no answers that day. It might have taken five minutes total to measure her face and find frames. We aren't picky but as she's stuck with them for a year we wanted to get her ones she was comfortable in.

I understand how hard it is to be short staffed and ready for lunch. We tried to hurry. They could have asked us to come back after lunch and that would have been totally fine. We had made the appointment several week before so they knew we were coming. Being rude and dismissive is not a good way to handle business. I have felt unwelcome every time I have come in there. Someone else will be getting our business. We have a family of 7 and will be taking all that business somewhere that treats us like customers and not an inconvenience!

The web address needs to be fixed it is wrong, because of this I was 10 min late and they wouldn't take me. I can understand being 20 min late but it's not my fault they have the wrong address listed now I can't get in for over 2 weeks. I've injured my eye and they've already made me wait a week.

Sat for 2 hours for a 10 minute appointment. It wasn't busy at all! If you can go some place else.
