Best Western Yellowstone Crossing

It was late as we were driving through Billings. All reviews for the hotels off the freeway weren't great with some sketchy reviews of their experience & stay, so although tired we decided to drive on. Took a chance & stayed @ this place as it was a little further out of town & reviews were good. We felt safe & had an excellent stay here. We arrived very late & Front desk guy quickly checked us in. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options available. Best part of my stay was the breakfast encounter with the very sweet, attentive older lady tending to her breakfast duties. She did a great job refilling/stocking items, making sure nothing was low and keeping area & tables cleaned. Her pride in her work really showed & I hope this deserving woman gets some recognition for her all hard work!! She made our stay experience here even much better! Thank you!

Nice, clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Husband loved the breakfast. Probably the best hotel we stayed at in a week of traveling.

I was driving from Bigfork MT to SD when my car broke down on I90 and had to be towed in the middle of a huge storm .. thankfully, this Motel was right across the street from the dealership where my car went and they were able to get me a room . The first night there I was on a bottom floor and there was a school in the rooms above and I got NO sleep at all (not motels fault ) but the second night the front desk agent Jimmy was more then happy to move me to a top floor and I slept good ... ALL of the staff were very accommodating and very friendly . I forgot my puppy's bowls in the room when I moved upstairs and the housekeeper brought them to my new room. Even though they were busy doing their jobs, they still all found time to have conversations with me and made me feel welcome . Upon leaving, I reserved another room for my way back home, and the night girl, Kacey, made sure I was all set ... the motel is dog friendly as well, and my puppy enjoyed all of the attention

Nice hotel with hot breakfast. Pool was closed when I was there but they had one.
Friendly and helpful staff as well.

As we have before, we loved everything about our 2 night stay at this delightful hotel. The staff make all the difference! Cami went out of her way to help us as we checked in and Richard responded immediately to make sure our air conditioner worked a-ok! Other staff people were likewise super friendly and helpful. Everything was as always very clean and well organized. Our thanks to all!

Was just passing thru and needed a place to stay for the night. Its an adorable little hotel and the staff is so friendly! The rooms are clean and comfortable!

This was an amazing stay, would go back in a heart beat. Justin and his staff went OVER and BEYOND to make sure our stay was the best. The room, food, all of the facilities, staff everything was great!!

Reliable, great place to stay. Justin is running a great spot. We stay here any time we're home visiting family, coming up for a fishing trip, or just passing through. Good breakfast buffet. Kids love the pool. And the stay is always friendly and helpful. Much better choice than Billings.

Lizzie at the front desk was great. I showed up with out reservations and she was very quick to take care of me. She obviously displayed the expertise of her job! I had worked a long day at the railroad and when I got there, she was quick to see what’s availability she had and gave me a great rate!! Thank You Lizzie and BestWestern for always being there especially in a bind, like this afternoon.

Such a pleasant stay! Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. They were also pet friendly. It was perfect for traveling with my dog.

Very clean, comfortable & pet friendly. Kim at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Only thing is breakfast was only until 9am and when we went down at 8:30 it wasn't being stocked so very little to choose from. Overall very pleasant stay.

Room and accomodations were great, but mostly.... Thank you so much Kenzi for your kindness and compassion at the end of a very stressful day!! I hope the Best Western appreciates you knows what a gem you are!! 🙂

Like-new facility and room. I especially appreciated full sized ottoman with easy chair to put my feet up after day in car. Hot breakfast bar -- first hotel (w/Covid restrictions) I have stayed at with good breakfast options. Easy to mask, stay safe distance. Would recommend.

Stayed here one night and it was lovely. Extremely nice staff, specially the women that was up front (once she saw that my grandma couldnt walk very well, she moved us to the closest room without us saying anything). Also the lady that was running the breakfast buffet was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy! The room was clean and nice. Location is awesome. I recommend everyone to stay here!

We always stay here when we're in the area. Front desk staff is always polite and courteous at check-in given the late hours when we arrive. Check-out staff is cheerful. Breakfast, the few times we've made it down, was phenomenal. Guest room, lobby, and hallways are exceptionally clean.

This is a smaller area than we usually stay at, but oh my gosh, Best Ever!! Shannon was our go to person and she was wonderful.... The Manager & Staff were so friendly!! Laurel, MT is gorgeous and the traffic was so courteous. The trains were even courteous.... Lol. Redneck Pizza & The Pelican Cafe.... Awesome food.... Enjoy!! 💓💓💓💓💓

It was nice to have a BW that was a great mix between the feel of the BW corporate presence and the feel of a franchise ownership like BW was in the past. This BW seemed to have more "heart" in it. It was great to be in a BW that said we have "family" pride in our lodging. The room hotel info sheet with the blurb about the town history was a nice touch. Thanks to all!

We loved it. Way better then Super 8. The pillows were comfortable the bedding was clean and the room was spacious. The continental breakfast they actually supplied pot scrambled eggs sausage and bacon not to mention pancakes and waffles. Their breakfast spread was quite lovely. The staff all treated you like you were actually guess and welcome in their establishment and spoke English.

Melody was absolutely wonderful. I had some guests staying at the hotel and wanted to get them a dessert delivery and cover their hotel room. Melody was so wonderful and willing to personally cover the cost for the desserts. She even went and picked them up and delivered them to the guests. Talk about customer service!!!!! Thank you Melody! Highly recommend staying here and working with her!

Great hotel outside of Billings. Better price than staying in Billings. Staff were super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and heat.
