Payette County Drivers License

Two of the young lady were very patient and helpful for me, even though it took two and a half hours for the three of us to figure out my complicated situation. Thank you very much!

So simple! I walked in the door, right up to the counter and was walking out the door with an 8 year drivers license in less than 30 minutes! I even had to take the written exam and got out that quick! 60$ for 8 years...? Amazing! And I've never had an Idaho drivers license before either and it was still that quick!

Very helpful and friendly. Short lines compared to most facilities. After reading some of these other reviews, I feel compelled to tell you that you need to renew your license in your own county. It is not their fault you are in the wrong facility. Very difficult to believe anyone from any where waited 3 hours here.

It was super quick and easy. The people who works there was super sweet and understanding. This one is so much better than the Caldwell one, I am now going to go to this one more.

I am 71 and needed some information from a live person regarding an issue with the expiration & renewal dates on drivers license. Could not get Canyon County (where I live) person on the phone, it's a mess. Called Payette D.L. office & got a "very helpful" young lady who was patient & polite & answered my questions. (I failed to remember her name, she was great)

I had a great experience with Payette county DMV. I do agree that there should be special accomodations for the elderly and handicap, but I was helped with much professional and timely manner. I know they are busy and stressed and with restrictions all this can add alot of stress on both sides.

They were super helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help me do the things like taking a written test and getting ID plates for my car!!! Thank you DMV in Payette, ID!!

Not a bad wait considering Covid-19 I waited in line for about 4 minutes for vehicle registration and was only there for about 11 minutes total. There was no line for drivers liscence renewals. Friendly staff happy to help.

There's usually a line, but the DMV Ladies rock! They're efficient and quick to get you on your way. Hats off to them.

My wife and I went to this office to have our car registered after moving to Payette and found the lady who helped us to be extremely cordial and helpful. We also went next door and had our drivers licenses updated and was treated extremely well. Thank you all for being to helpful.

There needs to be chairs available outside.There will be a wait and senior's or people with injuries an can't stand for long periods.(myself) need something to sit on.. Thanks for listening.

Had to wait but only 10 minutes and there was 5 people ahead of. Quick service pleasant people to work with

The girls were in great moods today and outside officer was funny! Way different than the usual trip here!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I drove from Caldwell and waited about 20min. in line. It was so worth the drive!

This is such a lovely DMV, with really nice people. Completely opposite of ANY California DMV experience i have ever had!!!
