Cotter's Sewer, Septic and Portable Toilet Services

We called late this morning after we fought with a plugged main sewer drain in our shop for 4 days. The gal that answered was very nice and helpful (I'm sorry I can't remember her name!) Got us on the schedule for the afternoon. Around 2:30ish, Zach showed up with a great attitude, assessed the situation and got our drain cleared in a short amount of time! Zach definitely deserves a kudos for his hard work, dedication to excellent service, and an incredible attitude/personality! We'll definitely be calling for all of our septic/sewer needs!

Received my message late in evening and they had a crew lined up and showed up the next day. Discovered a much bigger problem and returned with more equipment even with poor roads making it difficult to get their rigs in. They showed photos and camera footage during the process and explained in detail what needed to be done. They not only had to jack hammer through foundation but also had to remove a shower… and then re-installed , fixed sheetrock, caulked and prepped for paint. They had all done in 3 days and put all back the way it was and left the home clean. Yes, highly recommend !

We were having issues with our basement shower backing up with gray water. One call to Cotter’s and they were able to come within an hour and took care of the problem! That’s amazingly good service!

Call came in at 8 AM Friday and Phil and Jacob were at the house by 9:00. Work completed in one hour with a very reasonable price. We always us Cotter’s to clean out our sewers in our rentals! They are very accommodating and fast to respond if there are problems. We have used them for years! Good people!!

Once again, Cotter's came to rescue for us in our commercial building. I had a situation with a power auger cable which got stuck in a drain line which we could not remove. They handled this quickly and professionally. They are my "go-to" plumbing company for jobs we can't handle!

Sent by my property management to snake a floor drain. They came the same day. The two gentlemen were polite and professional and got the drain cleared.

The service man showed up promptly, was pleasant, and did a good job. He cleaned out my sewer and cleaned up his work area very well. I called Cotters sewer at 8:00 a.m. and they were there by 8:30 a.m.

This company has the best employees .... Jacob and James did a clean out of my drain which had bad tree roots ...they did an excellent job and reasonably priced..... they were recommended by 4-H plumbing... thank you so much Cotter's....I got ripped off from Brown's plumbing about a month ago for a toilet replacement which was over a $1000 and my grandson ended up putting it in so I appreciate honest companies... highly recommend Cotter's
