Dr. Johnson is absolutely wonderful in every way! Her staff is just as great I honestly get excited to go see them! They're incredibly nice and really care. Dr Johnson is one of the smartest and caring doctors I've ever had. I trust her with everything- she is very thoughtful and never rushes appointments. She's truly wonderful in every way. I'm so grateful for their office. ❤

Your hours are wrong. Bad advertising looks to me trying to get more patients by posting those hours then get them in and they find out.

There's no better doctor in Idaho Falls. I am a Little Person. To her staff...I did NOT REFUSE TRANSPORTATION. After 2 years of being told I'd be accommodated and never was. And early that morning reading online a Dodge Caravan was coming and not a car. I cancelled. I did not refuse as the office manager told someone on my behalf. That’s discrimination Brandie. Dr. Johnson is probably not aware that ONLY HER office manager always picked up my calls. I'm old enough to be all 3 female employees mother. I'm a baby boomer I deserve respect. I never ever got it from her.

And telling me to stay away, he's not good for me etc. Tough Love, but it's finally sinking in. I regret the day I brought him to you. I'm sorry. I did not REFUSE TRANSPORTATION. l'd like an apology for that. I fought with MTMevery appointment.

SO, it's not Judy--think of all the years with my car I was sitting in the waiting room 35-40 minutes early. No, the office manager won't think of that.

Last paragraph you said you were enclosing an authorization form. Sorry, no form was enclosed. The envelope wasn’t office letterhead. A sticker on the back flap. I doubt Dr. Johnson even knew you sent this. It should’ve come from you. Not some office clerk. You’ve hated me since day one. I felt it every time I was there or when I called and only you jumped to answer. To play boss with me. I call this discrimination and will have others look into it. I have a witness more than once as to transportation not suited for me. But you say I refused. Personally Brandi I’m not crawling into a vehicle that is too big for me. Take care Dr. Johnson. You sincerely are a great doctor-just bad staffing. Food for thought. Don't take in the new wife. Trust me on that.

You are advertised as 24 hours and are open right now but that is not correct. I suggest an edit so you don't come up as false advertisement.
