CrossFit StoneFly

In my opinion, this is the best CrossFit gym in the world! All of the coaches instruct and encourage you in the most personal way. If you show up, they will find a way for you to progress no matter your age, gender or physical limitations. You won't find a better and more personalized workout program for the money. The various classes have teens all the way up to people in their seventies which is a testament to how welcome you will feel and how your needs can be met. I have only great things to say about ALL of the coaches. I am grateful every day that we have this gym and this CrossFit Stonefly family in our small town. So happy to be a part of it. 😄

A great place to work out. Coaches Bryce and Katy do a great job and really care. Been working with them for almost a year and the results are impressive. Not just better fitness but better sleep and a fun time. They work with you at your skill or fitness level and are always super professional and positive. If you want to lose a few pounds, get into better fitness or just need a fun work out with great people give them a try. If your traveling in the Ennis area and need a drop in they are super accommodating. If you're new to cross fit do not be intimidated as they break down the movements and make sure you are safe and staying inside your fitness level . A great fun place to work out.
