Sizzler

My spouse and I went here for dinner and Dallas Day, the Kitchen Manager stopped by our table and was very helpful. The fish is hand cut and lightly battered in house, not pre-prepared, and it is cooked to order. Every piece was cooked to perfection and so tasty. I also found out that they support a number of charities in our area which is just next level. Kids eat free on Tuesdays because they genuinely want to do what they can to help out families in our community. This makes a lot of sense because they have been operating in our IF community for 40 years! The food is delicious, employees are helpful and it is clear from speaking with Dallas, that they are a business that really cares about our community. I highly recommend eating here and bring your family! 👍👍😁

Sizzler is a family favorite for us! I always ask about their steak and salad bar special. It's not always advertised, but they usually have one. Absolutely delicious! (And they allowed us to order a side of clam chowder to take home!)

Great service, and excellent food. Sirloins are delicious, and if something isn't right, they will always make it right. Great staff. Friendly management, and all around good place to eat.

This was the first time I've visited this location and have to say I'm very impressed!!! Food was amazing! Salad bar was stacked! Fried shrimp was excellent!Waitress brought a tub of shrimp to the table! Just an all around great experience!!!

We were a party of 14. Food was good, salad bar was fresh and good. Service was excellent, the manager was excellent.

I love going to the Sizzler mostly for the salad bar. It's your typical buffet with a twist. I have been to many locations in Utah and Idaho. What usually bring me here is when I am craving a lobster tail for a decent price. At every Sizzler I have been to, they always have cook the lobster perfect. (I will say even better than Red Lobster) it's not fine dining but, if you what a great lobster tail try them out!!

All I could eat shrimp. This has always been a favorite of my wife and I's. Is it a 5 star restaurant no but it is exactly what here and I want when we got there. Never had a bad experience and we are always treated great.

Fantastic, food is always so consistent, the salad bar is awesome....then comes the staff wow soooo helpfull, nice, how can that be. Great training w/all personnel keep it up folks you got me for life....great prices also.

1st time visitors to Sizzlers and we are so glad we did! Our server, Marcela, was such a sweetheart and made sure we were well taken care of. These baby back ribs were perfectly tender, falling off the bone and everything tasted delicious. Thank you guys! We will definitely return!

We stopped here on our way to Utah from Wyoming. We were seated right away and the food came out quick quickly. We had very friendly wait staff who were attentative to what we needed. The salad bar was great, and in hindsight could have been enough to provide my entire meal. They had tacos and chicken stips in the salad bar. There was also a decent selection of desserts which was included with our meals.

I am editing my review because we have them a second chance. First time everything was bad. I talked to the manager and he asked if I could come back and give them a second chance, which we did because I believe everyone deserves one. We came in as basically a secret shopper and told no one who we were or that I had talked to the manager. Only had salad bar this time, but everything was great, hot food and great service. Will we come back again, yes. Alway enjoyed the franchise in the past and hopefully it’ll be as good the next time we show up to eat. If it’s bad they will know about it.

We went for "comfort food", which is Fish and Chips for my wife and a skewer of shrimp and salad for me.

My dinner was very good.

My wife's fish, which was obviously frozen and thrown in the fryer, were still soggy and hard inside. Not good.

She asked the server to return them, and asked to just get the Salad Buffet instead, to which the server was fast to agree to.

Within seconds, the manager came to our table, asked what was wrong, and said she was going to the kitchen to take care of it.

She came back with $15 in coupons for our next visit, and advised that she put in a new order for Fish and Chips for her.

Since my wife already took salad from the buffet, she asked for the fish and chips to go, to which she obliged.

All in all, this manager turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one, by providing exceptional customer service and care.

This is the best sizzlers I've been to, the server was amazing, the food was outstanding, and absolutely loved the comfy atmosphere! Definitely will visit again!

Crystal was absolutely amazing and passionate about what she is doing. She made my families time at the restaurant wonderful and relaxing. Oh and food was super delicious 😋. Thank you for all that you do.

Two of the meals took an hour to get there. They refunded both without us even asking and the waitress apologized several times as well. The food was delicious as well.

Great food. Very short wait. I love finishing things of with the ice cream cone. Only complaint is there noise, but that is what you get when a restaurant is good. One more thing getting the salad bar is will with it. You have enough there to make it a meal. Lots of choices and the food is fresh.

Hands down the best quality food for the price. Management always jumps in wherever they're needed if there is a shortage of staff. I've seen management delivering food to customers, as well as bussing tables. Wait staff is friendly and professional. The salad bar is always clean and the food always looks fresh!
