Brown Plumbing & Heating-Butte

I called them, They came out within a couple days. I had them put a couple couple copper pipes in my shop. They did a great job and didn't overprice.

I have had them at my home several times over the years, and they have always been the kind of people that you call back the next time you have a problem. I’ve live in this old house for over 20 years, and it uses a boiler system with radiators throughout the house, and the system is from 1928, and every problem I have had, they have handled. They have installed a complete bathroom too, and have got pipes unplugged, replaced a water heater, and probably a few other things I’ve forgotten. They are dependable, experienced and trustworthy. I also owned a ten-unit apartment building for years and I used Brown Plumbing for all of my plumbing work there as well.

They were great! Came out promptly. Fixed the plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend them. Will use them again if any more issues come up.

Had a plumbing issue with my bathtub. They responded to my voicemail right away. Sent a professional young man that got the job done quickly. He even put up with my socially unacceptable dogs. I highly recommend.

Honest, punctual and efficient.

First time homeowner and I've had to have these guys come through twice this year, as the house wasn't well cared for before I got it. First time was to replace a hot water heater. I wasn't able to be home while they worked on it and was nervous about having them work on it while I was gone, but everything got done and they billed me for what I hear it takes to do the job, instead of working 2 hours and billing me for 5 since I wouldn't know the difference.

This second time I was having issues with my furnace. I had a rival company come look at it before I heard about Brown and he just told me to replace it... $5,000+!!!!...without even looking at it. Today Brown plumbing made a quick inspection and replaced a faulty part and offered great advice on whether or not to replace it instead of just telling me to spend a small fortune just to boost company profits.

Browns is very responsive and always gets the job done in a timely manner.

Food and service were good but I had to keep my coat on. I hate eating in a cold restaurant.
