Dr Frandsen is an amazing dentist. He really cares about his patients and never makes me feel like he is rushed for time during our checkups. I appreciate that he is honest, stays up to date on procedures and equipment, and performs great quality work. His office staff, assistants, and hygienists are friendly and helpful and also do a great job.

Simply the best experience one could ever hope for when visiting a dentist. From reminders, receptionists, escorting to your personal station & chair, you're greeted warmly by Brandon Griffin DMD and made to feel comfortable. Offered nitrous and explanations. I've never not felt the dreaded needle, but he has the magic touch. Three visits later, I love my Idaho Falls"Smiles."

Dr.Frandsen is very knowledgeable and talks directly to the patient. My son knew what procedure he needed and the science behind it because of how thorough Dr. Frandsen was with him. No fears or worries after leaving his office. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to go back next week and get these wisdom teeth taken care of. Lol.

Dr Griffin took care of me. At 63 I'm a wimp and I can honestly say he is the best dentist I've been to. Very knowledgeable and kept me informed through the process. He's very friendly and gentle and cares about your comfort. I highly recommend Dr Griffin.

I came in as a new patient from a recommendation by a friend. The dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and getting records/ dates from my prior dental office. I just happened to come in on my birthday and they also surprised me with a chocolate chip cookie from Crumble and a Gift Card. Not only did they make my visit very enjoyable but they made my birthday awesome too!

I’ll be the first to admit I have terrible teeth. I’ve been to other dentists where I have been judged and joked about my teeth. I was recommended to come here and after today, I understand why. Everyone here is comfortable to talk to and very professional. For the first time, I actually felt comfortable and in great hands at a dentist. I’ve found my forever dentist. Thank you guys!

My family and I have been coming here for about 2 years now. We don’t have anything but great things to say about this place. It is the best dentist in Idaho falls hands down. We love Dr Frandsen. He always has the best advice and my kiddos love coming to the dentist because of him! Also they have the best staff ever!! The 2 front gals (latesha) is amazing! Such great attention to detail! Also all the dental assistants are amazing! They are all so welcoming and amazing. I can guarantee you I’ll be with them for as long as I can!

Best dental checkup I have ever experienced. The staff was welcoming, caring and answered all of my questions. My dental technician was amazing and my DDS Justin Frandsen advised me on all of my concerns and spent time explaining the health of my teeth. I highly recommend Idaho Falls Smiles. 😁

I had such a pleasant experience! I went in for an exam and cleaning. The hygienist was so gentle and personable and did a great job! Dr. Frandsen is kind and efficient and professional. He explained clearly what procedures he recommended for an additional visit. The receptionists were friendly and thoughtful and I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. It's a well run office.

Everyone in the office is kind not only to the patient but to eachother and the positive atmosphere is noticeable when you walk in the door. The hygienists were gentle and thorough, Dr Frandsen was patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the entire office!

The staff is always courteous and friendly. They always ask if I’m okay and they’re informative too! I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but thanks for making it a great environment to be in! Keep up the great job!

Have been trusting Dr. Frandsen with my dental care for years! He treats every appointment like it’s your first, very thorough, asks about any changes, goes above an beyond to make your visit as professional as possible. Dr. Frandsen has also saved my step-daughter from a disastrous extraction that was performed by a pediatric dentist, so very grateful for him! His office staff is very kind and professional, they make you feel like family when you come in! Would recommend for a dental office 12/10!

I had my wisdom teeth removed and I am very impressed at how well everything went. Everyone did they're job wonderfully, they followed up with me the next day and the post-surgical instructions were very clear

We love Dr. Frandsen!! He is extremely personable and is very knowledgeable and up to date in his profession! He removed wisdom teeth for 3 of our children, and they all experienced very smooth recoveries. He also did an amazing job with my husband’s implants! Their office staff is great and we’ve been so happy with their service! Highly recommended!!!
