This will forever and always be my favorite Hot Topic. The team there is incredible. They make you feel welcome and wanted the second you walk in the store. They're always happy and commenting on things you like or want to buy.

The staff is always nice and helpful. The manager even went as far to try and help us with a status on an online order we made. We're always able to find great stuff there and they always have great deals running. One of our favorite stores.

This store is always so awesome. They are very nice and fun to have a conversation with, and they always carry two of my favorite bands, Coheed and Cambria and Dance Gavin Dance! Jake and Aly were super nice and fun to talk to! Thanks guys!

It is a tiny bit goth if your not ok with that then many don't go but it is mainly popculture oriented and is very fun it has alot of manga and anime related items if your into that and the workers were very polite

Always come out of this store with something I’m obsessed with. Workers are so nice and the vibe is impeccable.

Love going here. Staff is always friendly. Seem to almost always find my funko pop there. Not to mention a few outfits for parties at the right time.

To all those saying they weren't greeted while there, well, did you greet them? Kind of one sided if you ask me. Customer service or not, everyone is human *shrug* unless you actually needed help looking for something or in need of a good greeting, why not let them know. People aren't mind readers for goodness sakes. Don't be a mean person by being a snooty customer *shrug*

This place is amazing! The last time I went, the first thing I saw was a My Hero Academia area and I started freaking out! This place is my number 1 favorite place to go.

When I first entered I was like “This place is for emos” and then I saw the nightmare before Christmas and looked inside the store and now. POP! OBSESSED!! I’ve Bourne many thing from the store and though the prices can be high... I’m all in for the AESTHETICS 🤪🤠✨✨
