Taco Bell

A Taco Bell that deserves 5 stars is somewhat a challenge to come by but this one is an exception. The staff was friendly, quick and attentive. The restrooms were clean along with the dining area. Men with beards in kitchen wore hair nets to prevent any fod (foreign object debris) from entering the food which is always nice to see! My fiesta veggie burrito was spot on, nachos were fresh and hot and the spicy potato soft taco was good too! 🙂

So fun! They have gators of every size, pigs, snakes, lizards and more. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Used the drive through and everyone was humorous and pleasant. Very expeditious as well. Can't beat a cold Baja Blast and a chalupa box! Too bad my drink is gone!

BEST TACO BELL EXPERIENCE YET!! I live in Billings but was in Laurel with my boyfriend (and our trusty chihuahua, Diablo) for an art project he was working on. We were hungry late at night, and the good ol T Bell was calling us by our full government names to eat some taco shells. We pulled up to the drive thru, and the food smelled so good that our chihuahua, Diablo, jumped out of the window. As I went into a panic, this brave young man who was taking our order, quickly ran outside to save our sweet little Diablo. He ran in front of a semi truck and almost got crushed by it, but Mason (Taco Bell employee) saved the day. He quickly got Diablo out of the road so he didn’t get squashed flat like a quesadilla. We were then reunited with our little angel chihuahua, Diablo. At the same time, Mason handed us our fresh food we had ordered right before this unfolded. It all happened so quickly, that I realized I have never had food served to me so fast AND had an employee rescue my lil dog at the same time. MASON IS A HERO!!!!!! For now on, I will make the drive out to Laurel next time I need my Taco Bell fix. They need to come out with an exclusive menu item in honor of Mason because he is the biggest asset to the company… and is the reason I will be telling my thousands of Instagram followers that Taco Bell will treat you well!!

So tonight, I placed an order through the app. I ordered some chicken tacos, but they were out of the 6-inch tortillas. The young man at the window was very apologetic. He got me something other than I ordered and tried his best to make it right! I work retail, and I understand that things are hard to get! I hope he sees this, and someone gives him a big kudos!

We walked in and was greeted by this lovely lady with smiles and conversation. She was the friendliest person in fast food I have ever met. I so enjoyed her laughter and personable to everyone. She treated that restaurants like it was her family., Customers and other coworkers. Keep that attitude up it was outstanding.

The food is consistent. The crew preparing iare really good with prep.

The cleanest, friendliest, best-run TB I've ever visited. And I've been to hundreds! Helps that we were here for Breakfast but still. Great store!

It was obvious that they weren't quite ready for a hungry family. They took our order with shock on their faces. They handled it very professionally. The manager jumped in to assist in completing our order in a timely fashion while continuing to get smaller orders out. This is a huge reason why I can reccomend this store to all who are in the area.

I had a rather large order that I did online for the first time and while the website glitched and I never got a confirmation email, my card got charged. I went in and they didn't have any record but the manager had me select what my order was and he took care of it since my card had already been charged. He was very understanding and resolved the issue without hesitation. I will always commend above and beyond customer service. Kudos to you and your team Laurel Taco Bell!

I went through the drive thru at 12:50am (they close at 1:00am). I hate to be “that guy” and wasn’t holding my breath that they’d actually be open. With COVID, a lot of restaurants are closing early and are short-staffed.

The woman who took my order sounded friendly and cheery - not what I’d expect 10 minutes before closing.

I tried giving her a cash tip, but she said it was against policy and thanked me. I insisted, but she wasn’t having it. I got her name (Lilly).

It is rare, in my experience, to have a Taco Bell be good, fast, and accurate. If you get two of those three, you're lucky. If the food is good and the order accurate, then it is slow. If it is fast and good, be prepared to go inside after going through the drive-through. If it is fast and accurate, I have learned to be skeptical of the quality.

That makes this Taco Bell a breath of fresh air. I was there on 5/30/2021, and I got the trifecta. It was good, fast, and accurate. I highly recommend coming here for fast "Mexican" food.

Taco Bell is easily my favorite fast food. Love that I can fill myself up without eating a thousand calories

Absolutely delightful staff; they noted which tacos had the sour cream take off on the wrappers as well as the soft tacos that had no lettuce.

Enthusiastic cashier took our order, and the food was as expected.

Belinda made my experience enjoyable. She helped me navigate the menu and put a smile on my face. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. The food was warm and tasted good. 100% would come again.

Gotta give a shout out to the Friday night (9/16/23) crew, these guys are what customer service is all about.

Mexican Pizza was good Tacos I loves.
AND the 4 Burritos.
That we got. ? were good.
BUT WAS NOT what we ordered . WERE GOOD. Just maybe one day they'll get the orders straight. Thank You Taco Bell
