I have been coming to Pain and Spine for over 5 years. I have been seen by Christy Taylor for all of my office visits. (not related) She is amazing! She is very personable, takes her time to listen to me and answer my questions. I never feel like I am being rushed out of the office. Dr. Poulter is great and the staff is always friendly and professional! Thank you!

I absolutely love it here. Devin is the best!! He is kind & understanding. He listens and has helped me so much with my migraines, back and hip issues. He is awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone. The nurses are great both in the office and the intervention side. Everyone always has a smile.

I have been a patient at the Idaho Pain and Spine Specialists for almost 3 years. I do appreciate the compassionate care I have received. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The facilities, reception staff, Physicians and support staff are genuine, intelligent, caring, and professional. I have a disease that causes constant kidney stones and damage causing terrible daily pain. For years, Drs told me that I couldn’t possibly be experiencing this type of pain and thought I was just a drug seeker. These Drs listen and care and I can trust them to follow the latest treatments and technology. Dr. Russel is amazing, I have had a spinal stimulator and a pain placed in my back that have brought me some relief and I no longer have to fight to get people to believe me or insurance company’s/pharmacies to get pain relief. I see Deven Willardson frequently and he is amazing. He is very attentive to my situation and so helpful in addressing my pain as is gets progressively worse and I deal with worsening symptoms from time to time. He treats me with respect and dignity and kindness and is so professional and knowledgeable. I don’t know what I’d do without this group of providers, they have been a life saver and continue to support and figure out how to further help me. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with chronic pain, I can’t express enough how great they are.

Dr. Snell and Tyler Hepworth and their staff are the best. Along with Jared at Boston Scientific, I had my second neurostimulator installed in my spine. My pain has gone from a 9+ to a 3. This stimulator I cannot say enough about. To be this pain free is just amazing. I have had severe back pain for 34 years. Now I don't have the pain. I feel so alive and able to get my life back. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from chronic back pain.
If you are even thinking about having the Boston Scientific stimulator implanted, you will be very happy you did it.

Dr. Poston is one of the nicest, most personable, and knowledgeable doctors I've ever met. He remembers things about me and when getting my ganglion blocks always makes sure that I'm comfortable. The nurses are so friendly and really make sure that you're taken care of. And Dr. Poston's team that helps him with the ganglion blocks are so nice. I don't love getting ganglion blocks by any means, but the whole team at this clinic makes the experience a positive one. I'll always recommend Dr. Poston and his staff!

I have to preface I've never left a review for anyone but my experiences here have been a God send.

I recently started seeing Dr. Poston, and I have to say he is genuinely the most caring Dr I've met and worked with. Most Dr's in the past have treated me with a level of disdain disrespect, they talk and act like I'm more of a nuisance rather than a patient. Dr. Poston has always treated me like a person with serious chronic pain he wants to help, and makes me feel listened too. He genuinely understands what he's doing and tries to figure out the best solution. All of the staff I've worked with have also been genuinely kind and respectful. He is always kind to my family if I bring them in, and makes my fiance and I feel comfortable with what the next step, plan, and treatment will be and on top of all that he's got a good sense of humor. He's explains things in ways I can understand what he means (previous people I've worked with couldn't). All in all I hope he gets to see this, and we can in the end figure out a solution to a better state of living for me. I hope more people come to this clinic for genuine treatment.

I can only speak for Dr. Poston and his medical assistant Amanda but I give them 5 stars. I have had 6 appointments and 3 procedures. Dr. Poston never seems in a rush and is a good listener. I feel like he truly cares about me wants to help get my pain under control. A huge shout out to his assistant Amanda. She is a wonderful communicator. She went above and beyond to get me my test results from an MRI before I left town. I was very anxious about them and she had to go the extra mile to make that happen. She is kind and cheerful and I am always glad when she answers the phone. I highly recommend Dr. Poston and his staff.

I had a very positive experience at Pain & Spine. Within 3 days of my initial visit, I was in getting a procedure. The day of the procedure, I was only there for an hour. That's pre, procedure, and post all in an hour. I followed the recommendations they gave me and i feel 100% better. I would recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing pain or major back issues.

The doctors at Pain and Spine Specialists are in a class of their own. Their expertise in the field are like none other! I may have had a small wait in the procedure center before (one time), but the nurses explained it to me so I understood why. The wait was because there was a patient before me that needed extra time dealing with the operating room experience. I completely understand that they are concerned with our experience as a whole and not just push people through the office. It made me feel even more comfortable with this office knowing how much they care about every patients well-being. When you see the PA's they are competent and professional. All of the staff was proficient and professional. We are so lucky to have access to this quality of care.

Dr. Russell has been wonderful to work with. He has compassion for his patients like we haven't seen before. Always concerned that his patient was seeing the best results. Very happy he will be taking care of our pain issues.

I am floored as I read some of the reviews. Based on my experience I can only assume that those writing negative reviews confused the practice with someone else or have are not being exactly honest. I have been a patient here for going on 5 years. I was medically retired from the Army after 21 years for kidney failure. As a result I deal with constant stones and infections. I also have severe back pain thanks to all those years of my body taking a beating. The doctors and PAs have always taken amazing care of me. I have had multiple procedures on my back and getting ready for another one in a few weeks to receive a nerve implant. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses and docs have always bent over backwards to take care of me. Even when I have been hospitalized many times for kidney issues they have always made sure my pain during my hospital stay was well managed. I would recommend them for anyone who deals with chronic pain. Just one example of how much they care: I deal with lots of pain due to the kidney mess. It has been a struggle at times to keep it managed. One of the docs was at a conference and one of the speakers covered implanting a device and attaching it to the nerve ganglion to deal with pain from an almost identical situation as mine. While the implants are not new, this particular method for treating pain like mine is very new. They recognized that this would be a good option for me so they called me directly and emailed me the info on it. That is the kind of doctors they are. They truly care and want to help

This place is awesome, I have been dealing with a spinal cord injury for the past 4 years. Dr. Russel and Dr. Travis have been great in helping my mitigate my pain and try and lead as normal of a life as I can. The nursing staff is super caring and kind. I would definitely recommend anyone dealing with chronic pain go see them.

I have known the Dr.'s and PA's at Pain and Spine Specialists of Idaho for a little over 2 years now. I can honestly say that they are some of the most honest, caring and sincere Dr.'s that I have ever met, and they truly care about their patients well-being. They have helped me with some of the pain that I have had, and my results have been amazing. I would highly recommend anyone in any kind of pain to go visit their office. You won't be let down!

They always have been very helpful. However, I understand when a doctor runs late or other things come up. I would advise your office staff to explain it to your customers as they check in, especially if the wait is longer than 30 min. NOTE: You as an establishment bill us for your time, the same should be in reverse we should be able to reverse bill you for unexplained delays in treatment. We take time from work to come to appointments and when we miss work, we lose money. Just saying communication is key!

I cannot say enough good things about the people here! They were all absolutely wonderful in assisting me during a very hard time and did everything they could to get me back to normal as quickly as possible!! Dr. Poston, NP Christie Taylor, all of their assistants in the office and surgical center, and of course everyone at the front desks were always kind, patient, and understood the urgency of my situation! I will always recommend them and owe them my gratitude!!!

Like everyone else, I have been dealing with constant pain. And they all are nice people. To date, I have had several RF Ablations, an injection, and all my pain meds managed by this clinic. They really know what they are doing and again seem to care about your well being.

This office is so wonderful! From the staff, to the PA's to the Doctor's they are all very knowledgable, wonderful, kind hearted, understanding and compassionate in their work and with the patients. They are all very professional, and take their job very seriously. I have never been treated better by a medical staff than I have here. I refer everyone I know that deals with pain to this office. All of the physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants are unbelievably kind, caring, and amazing at what they do. I have complex pain issues and Dr. Poulter and Travis have continually helped me with their innovative solutions. I have never met a more caring team than the people at Pain and Spine.
