Heath has been great with all of our plumbing issues that we have had. He is very professional and so Is his crew. They got the job done in one day! I would highly recommend and ask for Heath!

I have a broken valve in my sprinkler system. I called advanced plumbing to request they come fix it. I asked the operator if they fix sprinkler systems. Rather than answer, she said she would have to have a technician call me. I found it really odd that they would have an operator answering phones that cannot answer so simple a question. I left my name and number. This was Wednesday.

The next afternoon they finally called back. They said they would be able to come the following afternoon (Friday). I told them I would have to take time off work to be there in the afternoon, which I did. I waited all afternoon and they did not come. I called about 4:50 to ask when they were coming. I was put on hold because, again, it seems the operators are not qualified to answer any questions. After being on hold, I was told they would not be coming today and that they had tried to call me several times. My cell phone showed no missed calls, I was constantly on the main floor of my house where I have excellent cell phone reception, and the fact that they called me in the first place to schedule the appointment demonstrated they had the correct phone number. While I concede it is possible that there were broken telecommunication circuits that prevented the call from being completed several times but worked fine when I called them, I find it highly unlikely. A more likely scenario is that they never called, and either overbooked or forgot call me and the dispatcher claimed to have called me to cover his or her own mistake. The operator offered no apology or solutions, merely "That's probably inconvenient". I informed her that the situation was unacceptable and I would find someone else to hire for this job.

After this experience I recalled that my father had a similar experience with them, except rather than immediately finding someone new he continued to reschedule (he was asking for new work, not repairs, so it was less time sensitive). After rescheduling repeatedly and having Advanced Plumbing never show up for their appointments for roughly eight months, they called First Call Jewel and got the work done promptly for 2/3 what Advanced Plumbing quoted.

I was treated very courteously on the phone and my initial appointment was scheduled for a Thursday morning. However, after waiting around the entire morning, I called to ask if i had the date wrong. I was told the technician was sent to an emergency and that they tried to call me to reschedule but I did not answer. I reminded them i had no missed calls but they shrugged it off.

I was rescheduled for the next Tuesday morning. They called to confirm the appointment on Saturday and again on Monday. Both affirmed the technician would be there Tuesday morning at 0800. On Tuesday at 0815, i noticed my phone was on silent and they had called so i returned the call. I was told that since i had not answered, they sent the technician somewhere else. I HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED TWICE. WHY DO I NEED TO CONFIRM A THIRD TIME?

They said they would send the technician over immediately. At 1000, they called again to confirm I was there but I had already missed too much of my day. I will not be calling back.

After several failed attempts, they showed up and gave me a quote on a plumbing remodel. They told me they could finish it in one day and it would cost $7800.00. I wondered how one days work could run $7800? I passed on their offer and called 1st Street Plumbing. 1st Street Plumbing advised they charged a flat fee of $85 dollars an hour place parts. Kenny did a fantastic job. We just received the total bill today, $1430. Yes, $6,400 less for the same job. I'm not sure how Advanced Plumbing sleeps at night.

Estimate was given to my son and daughter in-law (at there new house) for a leak under the main floor kitchen sink and a shower that was not giving out cold water. The shower estimate was several hundred dollars and did not cover the repair or replacement of the stall. The estimate for the sink was for a back-flow replacement and again for a few hundred dollars. My husband went over to look at it and the sink leak was a crack in a PVC fitting, he said there is no back-flow or check valve on the drain nor would there be a reason to have one. The shower was because when the previous owners replaced the faucet they installed the valve incorrectly.........fixed in 1/2 hour with no "rip-outs". My husband is not a professional plumber, but after 15 minutes on google/youtube he said the problem was pretty common. Why wouldn't they know that?
