Abracadabras

Enjoyed our first time at abracadabras! Monte cristo was delicious and loved the fresh jam. The ham had great flavor and I loved the crunchy fries. Captain crunch French toast was also great but was lacking a little bit in the captain crunch flavor. Loved the buttermilk syrup. Kids meal was a generous portion. Will definitely go again.

First off, we had an awesome server named Kelsey. She was very helpful because this was our first time visiting this restaurant. She made it so easy to decide what to order.

My husband had the Happy Hawaiian Omelet with mushrooms added. It was wonderful...fluffy eggs with sauteed red and green bell peppers and mushrooms inside with a nice cheesy topping. The attention to detail was wonderful, and everything was seasoned well.

The breakfast nachos with hash browns instead of chips was an excellent suggestion and choice for us. It was a little spicy for me, but my daughter thought it was perfect. Excellent flavor, and again, the season was spot on. No one needed to look for salt or pepper for anything.

I had the Basque Eggs Benedict. It was flavored well with lots of wonderful spices and vegetables seasoned and sauteed perfectly. The Hollandaise sauce was amazing. They know how to season everything. You don't need to add anything. The jalapenos were a little hot for me, so when I get it again. I will ask them to go a little light on them, but it still tasted amazing.

My son got the chicken and waffles. It was really good. I tried a piece of chicken super juicy with a crispy crunchy outside. Their waffles are so fluffy and nice crisp on the outside. You can't ask for a better waffle.

The food was better than expected. I am not a big breakfast food guy but I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was juicy and the breading had a good flavor. The buffalo sauce didn’t compliment as well at the sweet syrup. The staff was friendly but the service (this was our only visit) was very slow. It was several minutes before they took our drink orders and not once was I asked if I would like a refill. Once ordered the food did arrive quickly. It’s certainly worth a visit. I have several friends who highly recommend and love it.

Abras has been one of our main spots for years. Very often when we're taking clients or colleagues to breakfast, this is the destination. Multiple people we've taken from out of town have gotten frustrated with us because they absolutely love it and they have to deal with it not being where they live.

Fast service no matter how busy it's been (and it gets busy). You can't go wrong with pretty much anything on the menu. The cheese curds are famous and because of that, their out of them half the time we come. As said before, it's a great place if you're discussing business over a meal.

This place has the most unique menu and it was so flavorful too. We had to wait a bit for our table but it was totally worth it!!! So glad we did brunch here!!! Can’t wait to come back and try something new!!!

Abracadabras is amazing! The only downside is that it’s only open for breakfast and lunch. This means I have to come on the weekend when it’s extremely busy. The chicken fried chicken was great. The gravy and biscuits are also every good. The red cabbage bacon side is great. I recommend Abracadabras.

Mmmm so good! The syrup is to die for! The service was great even on a busy Saturday morning! The wait time was about twenty minutes and we got sat before that… The combinations they come up with are so good! Definitely recommend!

Stopped in for brunch with friends. The portions were very heavy for the price. My plate included cabbage bacon, was seasoned with red pepper flakes, sadly was too spicy for me to eat. The establishment was busy but we received our food quickly, hot & accurate.

Really enjoyed our experience here. We came in just before 8 on a Saturday morning and were seated right away. Our food came quickly. We got the Captain Crunch French toast, biscuits and gravy (not pictured) and a kids meal (which was HUGE-see pic). Everything tasted really good. The biscuits and gravy do seem to have a lot of sage, fyi if you aren't a fan. But I liked the taste. Everything, including the coffee, was hot and fresh. Will definitely return.

My wife and I have been here twice now. It is a very convenient location with all of my doctors offices being right off Channing way. The food is amazing. I love the butter milk syrup with the French toast!!! It’s honestly the best. We recommend the French toast and hot chocolate. The biscuits and gravy were absolutely delicious but it had nothing on the French toast. I am pretty sure they serve you an entire loaf of French bread made into French toast. Great food, great servers, great location. What’s not to love?

Found a new favorite place to have some great breakfast in Idaho falls. Really wanted to try the chicken fried steak but the fryer was down. But that didn't stop us. Ordered a captain crunch crusted french toast and was presented a masterpiece of french toast. Wow is all I can say. Definitely gonna go back.

5 stars across the board. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, the servers were so sweet. But my next Idaho trip I'm going to swing by the Pocatello Abracadabra 's and grab some eggs Benedict. My Niece and Nephew-in-law run the restaurant, they are such cool people!! ❤ 😍

There was quite a variety of unique foods available. The service was good for the amount of people. There was a wait given the popularity. The theme could be stepped up a bit to play more on the magic, and the seats were in a need of repair. Seperate from those two small gripes, the food was a fun and good experience.

A black woman and trans femme walk into a restaurant....

And get treated normally. Like everyone else.

It's a sad world when, even in 2024, you have to post which places are "safe" for minorities/LGBTQ. We heard the hostess and what I presume was the front of house manager mull over which server to give us. In the back of our heads, we both knew why. It's sad they had to, but appreciate the fact that they did. Our server was sweet, attentive, super helpful, but not the "overly necessary checking in" type. She knew that we just want to be treated like anyone else. I wish I remember her name, but I'm sure she remembers us. Kudos!

The food... The food is always wonderful here! I have never had a bad dish from this place! I've started having to take steps to control my sugar and meat intake, so I selected the Vegan Saute. Delicious 😋 and somehow more savory than if it had beef in it!

Abra's always satisfies your brunch needs and desires. The portions are on the larger size, so bring your hunger or plans for leftovers. Everything tastes great from their chicken biscuits and gravy entrees to their soul cabbage sides. Although, the coffee is a bit harsh/basic. It's not terrible, but not great.

Recently tried Abracadabra's for the first time and it was a great experience. I had the Turkey Bacon Melt and it was amazing! My meal came with fries that were crispy and nicely seasoned. The sandwich came with a queso dipping sauce that was really good. The staff was friendly and efficient, even on a busy Saturday morning. Definitely recommend for a great breakfast in Idaho Falls.

What an amazing restaurant and staff! Our waiter Tim was wonderful. So patient with the kids and helped us with ordering. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had out at a restaurant. The portions were huge. The flavors and presentation were wonderful.

Wish I would have taken photos of the food. It all looked as delicious as it tasted. Went for breakfast and there are so many yummy options. I went for the breakfast nachos, because well...I love nachos. You can have them with either tortillas chips or crispy hashbrowns, I chose the latter. It was great. Everyone else loved their food in my group. Will definitely return to try the other delectable dishes.

Went here with my family and we loved it. I got the peach cobbler french toast, a side biscuit and gravy, my wife got California scramble and my kids got the magicians breakfast. Everything was delicious. We would definitely return and recommend to other.

Quaint little place and great food. The portions are large so my husband and I shared. The food came out quickly and coffee refills given every few minutes. Definitely will go back. I wish they were open for dinner!!!
