Always friendly service. Love that I can schedule delivery on their website. They arrived when they said they would. No complaints.

The delivery service is good.
The price YOU charge for propane is outrageous,, considering your competitors charge about half of what you charge.
Your one time price adjustment doesn't work for me,, Lower your price for the propane,, or we will be getting another provider,,, the product you sell is no different than the competition.
You also charge ridiculous fees that no one else does.

There are much better options for propane in the area. Amerigas charges almost twice as much for propane as other local companies. When questioned on this they tried to sell us a $100 plus yearly subscription to lock in a lower price, which was still higher than the local and regional averages.

They are very corporate, if you need to call with questions be prepared for automated call hell before you can actually speak with a person, who is probably in an overseas call center as they can be difficult to understand.

Their website is slow. And finally, when you have had enough and cancel their service, they charge you $150 to take their tank away.

Very bad large corporate propane company. Ask your friends and neighbors and find someone else.

You are charging me for tank rental when I havent had a tank of your for about 3 yrs.. when you closed the Worland store you won't respond to any of my emails and I can't understand any person I get calling..
