Heather had always done a great job for our hot tub. Something has happened....I believe they are going out of business. She charged us $700 but didn't do the work. 10+ calls/texts later....nothing. We will be cancelling the credit card charge!!

Do not use Heather Troke and Central Hot Tub. Similar to the last reviewer, she started off well and then went completely dark and said she was doing things that she didn't do. Because of the recent bad reviews we've gotten because Heather said she was doing work she actually wasn't doing, it has cost us dearly.

Friendly but not professional. Phone calls not returned. Emails not returned. They do not follow up with you regarding your purchase...warranty information, receipt, instructions.
