Great food and cozy atmosphere. Fast and friendly staff too! Not too pricy for the amount of food you get!! Definitely a good burger spot to eat.

I think the people who give a bad review must think they are above everyone else because this place has always been good when we come. I love the fact that I can get a different flavor milkshake than the regular 3 choices. I got a coconut lavender and it had bits of real coconut in it and my husband got his butterscotch because e it’s the place that has that flavor. The hamburger were very big and juicy.

Cool, classic 60's style drive in. Been around since 1958. Great burgers and fries. Many different styles of shakes. The burgers are great tasting with tons of fresh toppings to choose from. They also offer gluten free buns that are delicious! The fries are cooked perfectly and have a little breading, if you are worried about gluten free. Recommended. 2 burgers and fries, made fresh, about $30 with tax and tip.

First time visiting Twin Pines, and I'm glad I did!!! The burger was delicious! Onion rings and the milkshake was great as well! The staff was very friendly and had good recommendations for a first time visitor! The dining room was really nice and had some cool nods to the places history. During the summer they have a great picnic table area in the shade too! East end of town, and I can't wait to go back!

When I say this place has amazing food (that i unfortunately didn’t take a picture of, I was THAT hungry and it looked that good!) I mean it! Got the mushroom and Swiss with from fried green beans. The burger was perfectly cooked, everything tasted fresh! The fried green beans had a good crunch/snap and the coating was well seasoned without being too much! Also if you’re a fan of milkshakes they have TONS of flavors! Definitely a new favorite.

My wife and I were staying the weekend up in Teanaway to do some hiking, enjoy the snow, and let the dogs run and be dogs! I got the jalapeno burger, my wife got the BLT and we shared a side of fries. Now I don't know if it was the joy of eating something warm after a day in the snow, or it was really that good. But dang, that burger was good. I am partial to "diner" style burgers and this one takes the cake, very very good.

Went into town playing on having some Dairy Queen but the line was way too long. Kept driving and found this great stop. Customer service here was top notch. There was a bit of a wait time but that is because there are so many people eating there. I got a hot dog and a cheeseburger and both were hot and perfect. My new stop going through town!!

Have stopped here many times over the years. I always get the deluxe burger with cheese. It is perfect 👌. Apparently they are open in the winter now as well. You should stop. Great burger shack!

The menu is Ala Carte. The food is very reasonably priced and service was excellent. It’s updated decor and outside seating make it a very comfortable place to eat and get off the road. Their shake flavors list is very long and the choices are plentiful. I believe it may be seasonal but if there’s any doubt call them at the number listed. They have a small kitchen so if you have food allergies you might want to double check before ordering. It was a lovely meal and tasty. A great place to stop if you have your dog with you. Cash only though an ATM is on site!

The perfect burger, fries, and shake stop after your day/weekend of hiking/camping/backpacking. Gluten free buns available! So many flavors for shakes/malts! Minimal indoor seating but lots of outdoor seating (for when weather is decent).

So good! The chocolate malt was delicious. And the fries were amazing. While I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce in the fry sauce, everything else was delicious!

Service was fast. They were super crowded and good took ~20 mins to get to us. It was worth the wait. We will be stopping again next drive we drive through the area.

We enjoyed it 😊 juicy burgers! My kids devoured the grilled cheese and hot dog. Crispy fries and onion rings! Butterscotch milk shake hit the spot! Lots of space to sit in the back, front and inside. Friendly and fast service

I've been up here in Washington for a little over 2 years and I was wondering if I ever find a good burger... Well I finally did!! It's a shame this place is 90 miles from my home, but guarantee when I come up this way to work I will be stopping by!

We saw this place on the way out to go backpacking and it was quite busy so it must have been good. We decided we'd stop by on our way back and glad that we did. We picked up a couple of burgers (Deluxe cheese burger, Mushroom Swiss burger & fries) and they were tasty. The Mushroom Swiss burger was beyond awesome, it had some great spices. It's not too far off of I-90 so if you are looking for a place to eat as you are passing Cle Elum, do stop by here.

Update June 2021: On the way back from Cherry Picking made a plan to stop by on our way home. Twin Pines did not disappoint. In addition to the hamburgers we also ordered a Jalapeño burger. It was as good as the rest.

Twin Pines is a burger stop right off I-90 near Cle Elum. Its usually pretty busy, so expect a wait, but it's so worth it. Their staff is always nice and ready with recommendations. They have a good sized menu, and you can customize anything. Lots of shake options as well. Can't go wrong with a basic burger or the jalepenos and bacon. Onion rings are pretty bomb, but you can't go wrong with their fries too. I would highly recommend stopping here is you're coming back from a hike in this direction.

Driving up to Leavenworth on interstate 90 got off and needed to eat. My partner and I are kinda picky hamburger aficionado eaters, 😂.
Anyway, this road side burger stand seems to be in the middle of nowhere. Yet when we got our burgers, amazing is all we could say

This spot has absolutely nailed everything on their menu. Fast, delicious and friendly service. It’s worth the stop!

Details:
The burgers were cooked to tender perfection and somehow captured a steak dinner. The lettuce was fresh and crisp and the dill pickles are just the right amount of tart.

The fries have that almost double fried texture to them and don’t forget the fry sauce!

The ham and cheese sandwich has Easter ham slices and delicious buttery bread on the outside.

The shakes are SO cold and yet somehow the perfect texture.

Pulled in on the way from Seattle to Wenatchee. We pass this place all the time and finally stopped on the way to a weekend boat trip. Wow. The shakes, mushroom burger, and onion rings were very very good. If you want a good stop or great food for the car, don't hesitate. Cash only, but there is an atm.
