I can’t express how comfortable and comforting it is to be in the hands of Dr.Terzian and his expertise. Makes me feel that I will continue to live a fulfilled life with his guidance and care. I have been seeing Dr.Terzian for 30 years plus He is a very special Doctor my 2 children go to him, and they love him as well. He is so caring and listens to you. I started taking my Fiancé' to him and he saved his live. He was seeing a well-known Boston Doctor and was taking the wrong medicine for his heart. Thanks to Doctor Terzian he is doing wonderful now. I have sent many family members and friends to him, and everyone is satisfied. He took very good care of my husband who passed away from cancer which he diagnosed. I had extra time with my husband because of DR Terzian. This is a very homey place to go to his son James works there with his dad and is very accommodating. Maureen his nurse has been there 30 plus years also and she is very special. I see Candice Green Dr Terzian's assistant, and she is very thorough. I recommend Dr Terzian to anyone that wants to live and have a good life

Switched my primary care recently and had my first appointment with Dr Terzian today. I am very pleased! Not only is the staff super kind, super helpful but the doctor was incredibly thorough with his care. There are some concerns regarding my health that my former doctor never once checked for or in a sense disregarded. I highly recommend him and the practice as a whole! Looking forward to healthier days ahead thanks to him!

Dr. John is awesome, listens and validates the way I feel, really takes everything seriously. Dr. John is amazing and super responsive with my many questions. They make an amazing team!

Dr. Terzian is running a fine tuned factory. That’s because after 3 visits he had me scheduled for more tests. even though I told the NP I had them all done recently at the BI. I finally insisted I meet Dr. Terzian. Upon entering the room he totally ignored me even after I said nice to meet you Dr. He opened his laptop and read what I had told the NP. He spent no more than 10 minutes with me and was arrogant and rude. I would love to meet the people that gave him a good review. He’s a great CEO and I have no doubt will be a very wealthy man. His Staff is wonderful. He does have talent in hiring excellent people. Goodbye Mr. President. You won’t see me again.

I Called yesterday to make an appointment for my mom to see Dr.Terzian after she had an operation on her aorta and a hearts attack last week. I was told if we could come in today at 1:15 he would be scheduled to see her and not the PA as always! Sure enough, he did not see her and she had to see the PA again! My mom was so upset that she walked out of the exam room. Dr. Terzian called her at home and apologized. This is unacceptable practice and disgusting!!! He should be ashamed of the quality of care (NONE) he gave my mother!!!
If he doesn’t have time too see or care for his patients he should not be practicing anymore!!!
This happens constantly! Time to find a new doctor!!

The girls in the front office are nice. However; when you are discussing your health and your sleep apnea with your doctor (that you have been seeing for 15 appointments over the course of 3 months) is surprised and says your mask is “news to me”, you know it’s time to go. This organization seems more interested in logging appointments so they can grab money rather than making sure you are healthy. I have had more blood drawn outta me than Dracula would allow with 0 answers. After switching primary care, my new doctor found out my health issues in 3 visits rather than this money grabber in 6 months.

Stay far away

My husband and I have been going to this office for eight years, and have been mostly satisfied with our care, but in the last three months, while both my husband and I have been ill, getting ahold of anyone in the office has been impossible. We are sent to a 3rd party for x-rays, but a week or more will go by with no word of the results. Calling the office means being on hold no less than 45 minutes, even if all you want to do is make an appointment. Often, being on hold for a hour or more ends with the call disconnecting as the office goes to lunch or closes for the day with your call still in the queue. Asking for a callback from a nurse can take days, and when you are in pain and uncomfortable, this is unacceptable. When you go into the office on an existing appointment and ask to get your x-ray or test results while you are there, you get told that no one has time to talk to you. If you can't get ahold of your doctor and they won't respond to your requests even in person, then how do you get any medical care??? Sadly, I think it's time to take our business elsewhere. Eight years of rapport gone. When we needed Dr. Terzian's help, no one in the office cared.

I had never argued with a doctor before or been insulted by a doctor before, but this office was the first to do both of those for me. Dr Terzian himself is a fine physician, but the practice is set up to just make as much money as possible and the patients actual health is a much lesser concern.
