This bank is so slow. Even when they have enough cashiers inside, they move at a snail pace. It is ridiculous.

I have this bank since there are not many banks in this town that are reasonable. But, if I could, I would leave and never consider them again. They do not offer good services as they advertise.

SLOWEST BANK EVER!! It doesn’t matter if you go inside/outside in drive thru or what day you come. I have currently been sitting in drive thru for over 30 mins!!! I miss the Ridgeway branch so much.

Would NEVER bank here!! My husband took a personal check from a Truist customer to this branch to cash and was charged $8 for being a noncustomer. Charging to cash an "on us" check is absolutely ridiculous. I've been in banking for over 15 years and never heard of any bank doing this. We've even considered using Truist as a secondary bank but absolutely not.
