I bought two amazing rugs off a showroom floor and they had heavy foot traffic that had caused some discoloration. I took them to Bear and they came out as good as new. Super friendly staff that take pride in their work!

Noah came out to our residence on time and he was extremely expedient in getting our carpets cleaned for the holidays. This is the second year in a row that we have had our carpets cleaned by this small business and after every service, our carpets are left looking brand new. We have 2 large dogs that like to track in the outdoor elements throughout the year so being able to get our carpets professionally cleaned is so helpful in preserving our flooring. Noah was extremely thorough in explaining the process and how to address the various trouble areas. He ensured that he placed protective ware throughout various rooms to ensure that the hoses and equipment did not ding or scratch surfaces. He added fans to ensure the drying time was. accelerated during this December service. Our house is over 3000 sq feet and he was able to get our carpets cleaned in less than a 4 hour window. This small business hires extremely professional and customer service driven employees who strive to ensure the customer is pleased with the services rendered. Noah has great communication skills and was very considerate of where he parked his van to ensure that our vehicles were not impeded during his visit. Noah was prompt and courteous! He explained everything to me thoroughly even though I have used bear carpet for many years. They were recommended to me by the carpet installer and I’ve used them ever since. Even during pet issues a few years back they stuck with us until the issue was worked out. Today was the third time I’ve used Bear Carpet. Noah did a great job cleaning carpets. He’s very professional and kind. He explains everything as he works. Very helpful.

Great work again. I hired them 3 years ago to get some cat pee out of my office carpet. I hired them again to clean the carpet in our other rooms. Noah provided great service. Answered our questions and provided options for other cleaning jobs such as the HVAC air ducts.

Noah did an excellent job of cleaning my travertine tile floors. Bear also cleaned an oriental rug for me. Looks beautiful!

Noah arrived on time and cleaned my carpet thoroughly. I left the house when he was working and he called to tell me about a spot he wanted to treat and informed me of any possible risks with the treatment. I have a small 5 pound dog, he remembered her by name and informed me of possible risks for her(minimal), being close to the floor. I would recommend Bear Carpet cleaning and Noah. Prices are fair.

Bear Carpet took care of a wool rug that we have in our living room. 5 kids and a chocolate lab wreak havoc and it was so wonderful to have it restored and made as good as new!!
