Dr.Arroya neurologist is an excellent physician. My father James Darrell and myself Dar were treated exceptionally!

In the Market Square shopping center Martinsville Neurological is the only full service neurology offi e in Martimsville and Henry County. Overseen by cheif neurologist Dr. Walsh, they treat, diagnose, and refer patients as needed depending on severity to larger neurological offices outside of the area. As a former patient here myself, they are completely professional and extremely careful when it comes to diagnosing patients.

I see Dr Boitnott. I suffer from migraines. She gave me 110% of her focus and helped me find what I need to treat and prevent them and always does if I have to return

Appointments are always on time.

Bedside manner is lacking a lot it just is hopefully will not have to deal with them too much moving forward the doctor a little more pleasant than his staff and he does his job quickly and efficiently.

Very unprofessional. They tried to get $200 of my money that I didn't owe. My co-pay was only $40. Very incompetent staff.......

Just called from an insurance company and the lady hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional.

HUGE waste of time and money. Receptionists are rude and argumentative, they gaslight patients and charge insurance for filling out paperwork. Orroyo is a MONUMENTAL QUACK! Can't even fill out insurance paperwork correctly or in a reasonable time frame.

I just called to see if they took my insurance . I told that women a number of times hold on let me get the card . She put down the phone and said oh my god . I’d like to thank her they showed on the phone before I ever made an appt how impatient they are . They saved me the time of making an appt . I’ll go to another one .

Staff is very rude and unprofessional, stay very far away.
