Martinsville Urgent Care

One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. I was seen within two hours of calling, and no wait time when I arrived for my appointment. I was able to stay in my car until my room was ready. Nurses and staff were quick and efficient, but thorough. The entire facility was very clean and updated. Will definitely be back.

Martinsville Urgent Care was able to see my daughter quickly without an appointment. She had a painful earache and we wanted to get it checked out asap. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient with paperwork and answering my questions. The medical staff were personable and knowledgeable. My family will definitely visit again if we become ill. Had bad experience here in Martinsville with other clinics, I almost gave up! Go to Martinsville Urgent Care, lady at front desk is polite and passionate with people! The nurses are on game! My LPN Hawker took great care me!

The staff here are so caring and does everything they can to help make your visit a great experience. My daughter and I came at 345 after the time when they except their last patient and still agreed to see her. They were kind and didn’t show any upset at having to stay late. My daughter is only 3 and was very nervous about seeing a doctor but they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and safe. Thank you so much to their staff!! I am grateful to have nurses and doctors like them serving our community!

After having prior terrible experiences at other urgent cares in the Henry County / Patrick County area, and being unable to get in at ones that I had okay experiences at before, I called Martinsville Urgent Care last Saturday. They were able to get me in that afternoon with no problem. Everyone there that I spoke with was so kind, professional, and knowledgable. The office seemed to be very well run and clean. They wrote me a prescription and had it called in before I left. They also wrote me a note for work without me even asking for it. After getting my prescription for strep throat, I was feeling so much better. After a couple of days, one of the nurses called me just to check in and see how I was doing. My own doctors' offices don't even do that. I cannot express how impressed I was with my entire experience with Martinsville Urgent Care. I will definitely go back to them anytime I need to go to an urgent care in the future!

Martinsville Urgent Care is my go to for my family. 100% recommend! Not to mention they actually see and treat us when we are sick. We drive from Danville and will continue to do so!

MUC provides fabulous care every time I need them! They are efficient and effective with very little wait time. I have two young kids and the team at MUC has always provided excellent care for them both!

The staff is very nice. The nurses are great they listen to you and they take care of you and there is no rushing that is most important
