This office is great. My nephew went for physical therapy. He was evaluated by a real doctor first and is evaluated again at the end of the physical therapy. The staff is very professional and friendly. They get you in and out on time, and they work hard to get you better mobility during your therapy. Well worth the time and energy.

The entire staff are wonderful from the minute you walk in the door. Dr Sisson is very knowledgeable, and explains everything to you. Anthony and Charlie give great personalize physical therapy.

I went for foot pain after surgery and also had hip and back issues. The back and hip are healed and the foot is still a work in progress but no longer painful. I was discharged with exercises to do at home. I feel I have gotten my life back since my back/hip was limiting my daily activities. I highly recommend Sisson Physical Therapy to get your life back.

I was originally referred for vertigo/dizziness/spinning. After meeting with Dr. Sisson the first time and a brief testing, he showed me simple exercises that I could do on my own at home, I am feeling so much better and in control because of this advice. The dizziness is gone, but if it returns, I can handle it with the skills I have learned.
I am also continuing with Physical Therapy for hip/arm/leg strengthening with Charlene/Charlie. She is wonderful, kind and patient, but very firm in her therapy sessions. I am noticing a big difference overall.
The office staff is casual and friendly, but very professional. Bernadette, Kylie and Jake are helpful with any questions or concerns. I met Anthony, the newest staff member, and he is very nice as well. The atmosphere in this office is welcoming and a pleasure to visit and attend sessions.

Had no idea how much a quality PT agency/clinic could change my life. Everyone and every visit is AMAZING! Very Thankful the location is convenient for me.

Dr. Sisson and the entire staff at Sisson & Associates Physical Therapy and Wellness are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Sisson, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He and his staff are awesome. I would highly recommend them to family and friends anytime!

I have been very pleased with the therapy that I have received at Sisson Associates. At first Dr. Sisson conducted an evaluation of my situation and outlined the treatments needed to give me help. The personnel there were very proficient in providing the required treatments to me. At the conclusion of my prescribed treatments Dr. Sisson conducted an exit evaluation to be sure the treatments had accomplished their goal. Dr. A Sisson is an excellent physical therapist. I had a complete shoulder replacement 3 months ago. I started therapy 6 days after surgery. I found Dr. Sisson to be very knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. He listens to your complaints and reassures you that you will see improvement with time and patience I am now finished with my therapy and my surgeon is very pleased with my results. I am able to do 90% of my choirs and activities pain free. I highly recommend D. Sisson!

The staff and PT people are wonderful!! I began pre-PT before I had full knee replacement in January. Two days after surgery I was in the office to begin PT. My recovery has been very successful and I give the credit to Dr Sisson and his staff. Great place for all of your physical thearpy needs!!!

I came in and could barely walk because of the pain in my left hip. Well let me tell you within a week I began feeling better...not great but not nearly as much pain. Now it's been 8 weeks of PT 3 times a week and I feel GREAT!!!

I like this physical therapy practice because the man in charge, Arnin Sisson, PhD knows what he's doing. I had back and shoulder pain from chainsaw work and needed a massage. I felt pretty bad when I went in but after Catherine worked on me, I felt great when I left. Moreover, Dr. Sisson preaches "Movement is medicine" through his weekly newspaper articles that recommends very helpful and practical tips on how to stay healthy. I'm glad he opened his practice in Montross. 👍

I have been receiving physical therapy with Arnan since mid October in preparation for knee replacement surgery on January 9th. I am confident that my strength has improved and that my recovery from the surgery will be easier with the therapy I received. Aside from the highly professional and competant service, there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere one feels upon entering the door. I highly recommend Sisson and Associates to anyone who is in need of physical therapy. My experience was very positive.

I went to Dr. Sisson about when he first opened because of backpain due to yoga. Dr.Sisson fix this after about three visits and it has been fine since. If I have some pain I just do what he taught me.

My next visit concerned with pain in the right shoulder where he also help me greatly for a numereous time until arthritis finally age won the battle. I have no desire at my age to under go surgery. So I again do what taught me which me gives relief. and get a shot of cortisone. The doctor who gives me the shot is amazed what I can do. All because again of what Dr. Sisson taught me

I cannot say enough about this amazing place & their staff. After several years of physical therapy at other places for my various issues this is the ONLY place that had me accomplish my goal of going up and down stairs. Actually, I’m not quite there but I will be very soon. I highly recommend this practice!
