Wonderful doctor who cares for his patients and is always there to be a straight shooter. I highly recommend and as both a Dr and a good person.

Excellent physician who truly cares about his patients.

If I could only give zero stars I would. He falsified my medical records and misdiagnosed my injury. Might be speaking to a lawyer. Would not recommend anyone going to the doctor.

I have not even been to an appointment yet and these people have become absolutely annoying. It clearly appears that from their prospective my time and privacy mean absolutely nothing.

Every night, for days prior to my appointment, I have received a robocall reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Every night. At 6.15pm. While sitting down to dinner.

A robocall for Christs sake.

Clearly they feel that what they are telling me is important enough to interrupt my dinner.

But it does not seem to be important enough to have an actual human being call me.

And it also appears the call is not important enough to actually make during BUSINESS HOURS.

NOTE TO THE PRACTICE: Your business model involves an AUTOMATED system that calls people daily at dinner time. Do you really think that is a good idea? Can you not imagine or consider that at some point the 'friendly' reminders you send out nightly at the push of a button become outright nagging?

I wish I had the staffs home number so I could call them, interrupt their evening, and tell them that when you run a business that it is a good rule of thumb NOT TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS AT A TIME WHEN YOU YOURSELF WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE DISTURBED.

Unimpressed by either the Danville, or Martinsville locations. I’ll drive 100 miles to go to any practice but this one. I’d rate the VA better solely because I expect awful service from the VA. I don’t expect that kind of service when I see what my private insurance was billed. For that amount, I should have been treated like a VIP. Or at least a human being.
