Dr. Mary Noonan, MD

The place Mari fairy is one of the coolest and finest establishment's I have ever been to! It reminds me of the mid 90s I always enjoy my self when I'm there☺ wonderful customer service and many unique places to sit

Dr. noonan is definitely someone I trust with my baby. I do not trust anyone, but Dr. Noonan. Almost all of the staff are kind, patient, and understanding. Brittany is my babies favorite. She always has a smile on her face. That helps alot.

Dr. Noonan has been my baby's doctor since birth and she is wonderful! She always addresses all of my concerns no matter how small they are. She and her staff are very polite and friendly. Now both of my girls go to Children's First Pediatrics and I would recommend Dr. Noonan to anyone.

Awesome doctor. She has a true passion for our kids and it reflects in her work.

I hate to leave her but we moved. I would recommend her to anyone with kids.

I love this office and it’s the best place to take your baby! Hands down dr. Noonan. Dr. Erica. The staff all sweet and amazing they’ll do anything to help your kid feel at ease. I minus one star and debated going back after today though. The lady at reception was so rude from the moment she waited on us. It all started when we got there. A family was at reception asking some questions about an epi pe. We didn’t want to interrupt and it’s doctors procedure and any normal practice to wait to check in when it’s our turn. My husband went to check our daughter in. The lady had short hair and glasses. When he told her my daughters name, not only did she keep mispronouncing it after he corrected her multiple times but she kept muttering to her coworker who was on the phone. “Why did they sit down? How long have they been waiting?! And they didn’t think to check in?” I got mad and spoke up. “We just got her someone was at the desk!” My husband try to give me the look of like chill I got this. But I didn’t like how she was exaggerating and we weren’t complaining about the wait. He explained we lost her insurance card. But we ordered a new one and it would take 7-10 business days. She keeps going on and on about how we need it for every visit. She even keeps saying “you don’t have it? It’s not on you! Have you called one in? The thing we’ve already said. She keep insisting we need it for the visit no matter what.” No I make mistakes I’m human. We’ve lost her card a year before and they simply said make sure to order another and call it in so we can charge it and you won’t be. But this lady wouldn’t say the doctors would see us without the card until I snapped on her and I said “ we told we called it in so do we need to sign up for a later appointment till the card gets here??? I said it so loud the other staff took notice and immediately she gets defensive and says “it’s just policy but the doctors will see her we just need it next time” She was so unprofessional that I debated changing my kids doctor because while we were in the waiting area I was telling my husband “why was she being some type of way they NEVER treated us like this before.” She heard me and started whispering loudly to her coworker on the phone that we didn’t both have to be there for the visit anyways so she didn’t see why I was there. I clearly heard her say that and my gut dropped I saw red. I feel bad but I cussed her out. I’ve never been treated so awful. I don’t know if it’s because my hubs is Mexican or what but he usually doesn’t check us in I do and I’m white. Never had a problem there until he checked us in. It all started when he went to check in. I feel like if your having a bad day you need to leave not put that day on other people. If you need the money so you have to be at work maybe be nicer because you don’t know what others are going through. I went off and was out of character because my father is in and out the hospital dying. We were nothing but nice to that woman she was unprofessional muttering under breath lies. Only then did I lose my temper. Be careful if you lose your insurance or if you send your husband to check in. BTW my mother has checked my daughter in for me and they didn’t act like that. The lady even made him confirm the address and phone number but never did my mother she always say “phone number and address still the same?” It was like she didn’t trust he was her father. I hope that lady has a long talk with god because I never thought I’d see racism at a childrens doctor’s office!

She has been great with my son! She finally got him on the right track with his meds when the docs at cmc couldn’t get it together!!

She is a great Dr we loved her but some of the staff in the front desk part are rude. So we moved my son cause of the front office staff and their rudeness!

Her staff is great, but she doesn't listen. She continued to treat my son for something he didn't have. She is a very nice person, but I won't use her for my son's peditrician again.
