Traveling from CA to Bellingham WA. Had a blowout on I-5 . Needed to purchase a spare tire and decided to stop at Tires Inc. They treated me fairly and answered all of my question. Super friendly and the had my new mounted and balanced quickly.

Every time I go there no matter if there is 7 people in line or waiting or 0 the customer service that we are receiving is hands down what I am searching for when I go into a business. Always friendly and they always fix all my tire issues. Thx for all your great service from the front counter to guys and gals in the back doing all the work.

Rolled in here with a destroyed inner right rear tire and they put a new one on quickly and cheaply. They did not try to upsell me. Back in the road on a Thursday rush hour night in one hour

If I could leave them a 10 star review I would. We got a random flat tire on the way to Oregon last night. Went to two other places first thing this morning and neither had my size tires in stock. Came to GCR and they had them in stock, listened to me when I said we were in a huge hurry, had 2 techs working on the car to get it done faster, and got us on our way faster then we even thought could be done! Thought this flat was going to ruin our plans of being able to camp with our friends at a music festival, but they made sure that wasn’t the case. Highly recommend this company!

This is the only place to get tires or brakes in centralia. There prices are increadabe! The staff is quick but efficient. Everytime I need to get help with my van I come here. I have left my vehicle overnight and got it back cleaner then I brought it in. Over the top service with a smile.

These people are amazing. It’s hard to find trustworthy people with your car these days but with them, I know I’m in good hands. They always give me good details and are very fair with their work. Carl is awesome. Thanks for making sure my car is in good working order and always within reasonable pricing.

Excellent commercial truck team. I've been several times the past months and it's been timely fleet service each time.

We are new to the Lewis County area and needed to find a good place to get our automobile work done. After reading all of the excellent reviews on Google, I made a call to get an appointment for a wheel alignment and oil and filter change.

Kathy booked a prompt appointment for us and was so friendly, kind and helpful.

On the morning of our appointment, I called and spoke to Carl to see if we could park our motorhome somewhere around there while we waited for the work to be done. He was so gracious and friendly and allowed us to park in the adjacent lot that they own and we set out in the sunshine in our lawn chairs while we waited. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

We even bought new Good Year tires from Carl. He had a quote prepared for us, as we had inquired when we first arrived. We decided to buy from Carl because he was absolutely ZERO pressure about the sales. He provided information and answered our questions.

We are so pleased with our new tires and the wheel alignment is the best it could possibly be!!! Our car is a 2011 and it drives like new again!!

Carl, Kathy and the Technician who worked on our car have earned customers for life!!!

Love the service I get at this helpful tire shop. Just to let you know they can do so much more. Brakes ,tune up, struts,oil changes. So much than tires rotations, and flat repairs. I really appreciate the service I get at GCR previously known as good year tire on State Street in Chehalis.

This place saved our weekend! My boyfriend and I were traveling to Oregon from Seattle and broken down on the freeway with a flat tire. GCR was able to get us in first thing the next day with a new set to get us back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!

On my first day at a new job, I had a flat tire. I was able to get my car & they got right to work. I explained my situation& the time crunch & they were happy to do what they could to get me on my way. I'm thankful for the excellent customer service.

Got a nail in my tire and came here to have it patched. They did it for free since it was a Bridgestone tire, service was fast, and 2000 miles later I haven't found any problems so I'm happy.

Also there's a nearby location on Google called "tires inc", that actually got sold a while ago and if you call that place it directs you to here.

I had all 4 wheels realigned... They were quick, inexpensive, and very friendly... I would use them again when/if the time comes...

Very friendly service. Had a trailer tire blow out right before 530pm. They had a tire and a guy complete the repair to get us back on the road. Would definitely recommend them!

I had an issue with my car today and. I didn't even call then I just drove it to their shop. I was helped right away and within 30 minutes my car problem was solved. I totally loves this place and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I am a single mother of 2 and noticed my car pulling to the right for a couple of days. I have always had a phobia of getting work done to my car, having no car knowledge I don't want to get taken advantage of. I went into tires inc from a recommendation by a coworker and can say I will be a life long customer. As soon as I walked in (crazy kids and all) they were nothing but helpful, showing me everything they did to my car, EXPLAINING it to me, and giving me tips on how to self examine my own vehicle. I can't express how great it felt to be treated with respect.

Had a great experience buying snow tires, all employees were super helpful and gave me great advise. The quality of tires and customer service was excellent. I will continue to give Tires Inc. my business.
