Rivendell Lodge

Stayed in the small apartment. It was spacious, and clean. The grounds provided sufficient area of exploration for young kids. Looks like the apartment is wheelchair friendly. His directions made it easy to find even though Google maps were a little confused. I will definitely stay here again in future visits to the Logan area.

Stayed here for a family reunion and it was a blast! The house is packed with a plethora of activities, toys, and games to keep those of all ages content and always having fun. The air conditioning couldn't keep up with the size of the house and the heat, but the owner said that they were working to install another unit to help out. Because of that, there were workers going in and out throughout our stay, but they mostly stayed out of the way. They kindly dropped off a bunch of fans that helped cool the house during the heat of the day. Would highly recommend for any large groups.

The fireplace was great. Green soapstone plating heats up hot and keeps the place warm. Not too hot inside but warm enough in the winter. Floor a little cold but with socks you don't notice. Nice little creek trail along the property. Has everything you need for cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Two lofts were fun. Sound system for the projector movie screen was amazing. Master bedroom was a little cold. I recommend bringing a small plug in heater to heat the room a little. Owners were very friendly and responsive. 7 beds = 4 singles, 2 full, 1 king.
