Century Pediatrics Inc. Stafford

The pediatrician at the Stafford office has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gives great advice from experience and takes the time to help me come up with solutions for my son who is on the spectrum. The staff there go above and beyond for the children & I love the new upgraded office.

Called to.schedule an appointment.. blood work was done in the same building. The receptionist was nice... The wait time was maybe 3 minutes.. the triage nurse and doctor were both nice, patient, and very informative during my daughter's visit

The staff at Century Pediatrics are very professional and they treat you with the up most respect and kindness. Very flexible with scheduling when my children are sick and need to be seen. I would refer them to anyone.

I love this place my kids have been going here for years. I took my kids to patient first and was given amoxicillin for a cough that my twins boys had. When they need prednisone and breathing treatments. Thank God I listen to myself and took for a second opinion

My son has been a patient for 18 years and my daughter 16 years great place the staff is nice 😊

I know the reviews appear to be terrible but coming from Woodbridge my standards were pretty low and I just needed some place closer.

I took a chance on century pediatrics and I’m glad I did. Looking through their photos and the corresponding reviews- none of the same staff or doctor appear to still be there and I’ve had nothing but good experiences in the last eight months or so. I particularly appreciate staff member Nika and her bedside manner! My youngest son turns into an absolute DEMON when it comes to immunizations and she was AMAZING!

Rebecca at the front desk/ medical assistant is amazing she answers all my questions and fits you in if she can. Dr Sunday is awesome nothing bad to say like the other reviews.

My kids and I moved to Stafford almost 2 years ago and I have taken my children to Century Peds every since. I love the staff they know my children. They are friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

While I have yet to meet a terrible doctor there (granted I have only meet with two) their front desk leaves much to desire. I had my baby a few days ago and they did not want to see him because I did not have a temporary insurance number. Now, let me just say that the insurance I have covers baby for birth month plus two months after birth month. They refused to listen and I ended up paying $125 for his first after hospital visit. I wish they hired people that actually knew what they were doing. If they did, combined with the doctors I met, they would be one of the best pediatrician offices around in my opinion.
Edit: Also, again, their front office neglects to do reminder calls and when they call and say they will "call back" don't hold your breath.

Had my kids going here because it was convenient but I was worried about a cyst on my son's gums and you know you have to switch doctors when the doctor says "I don't know" 😑 I literally had to Google and find out if it's something to worry about! Like come on!! Pediatricians have no bed side manners and they Rush to get out of the exam rooms. I would say the only ones that are pretty good are the NP's! Georgetta was always great!! And Mr Mark Allen great bed side manner! I would give them alone 5 stars! But pediatricians 👎. Once I took my kids out they forgot to chart a shot that he received. So let's just say I made a great decision to leave! Their office decoration needs work, and there is a door connected from exam room to their back office, I swear you can hear everything! HIPPA violation. I've worked in medical field for years! And they need to fix some things because they need some work.

I scheduled my son’s upcoming appointment for 2:15pm at his last appointment 2 months ago. On Saturday 2 days before the appointment I get an email the says to arrive at 8:30am. I was a bit upset that no one called to tell me they changed it but I set my schedule to account for the change. I get there at 8:30am and they aren’t even open til 9am. So not only did reschedule him and not notify me by phone they scheduled it for a time where they don’t even open. So I called after they were open and kept getting sent to voicemail.

Was told the day before to be there at 10. I called the morning of because I was running late was told that my appointment was at 11:30. I show up at 11:30 and was told I was supposed to be there at 10. The lady at the front desk kept telling me something about breaks. I was told I could come back in the afternoon, when it was the afternoon. They neglected to tell me I needed to be there early and that they changed location. Very unprofessional and don't confuse your patients.

They don’t keep patients record properly they skip the vaccines without any reason, the staff is not professional enough to even answer the patients scheduling questions.

No stars! This is by far the worst pediatrician I've ever seen. They are literally never prepared for anything! How can you not be prepared for vaccines ahead of time knowing patients are scheduled and expecting to get what they're scheduled for at their appointment! This is my second child and this time they completely forgot to even call me back for my newborns 2m vaccine! It completely slipped MY mind because I have a lot going on! Completely unacceptable, you're a pediatrician this is your job! They're staff is a joke! I feel that my kids health are not taken seriously or properly under their care. I've switched locations and will be completely switching pediatricians asap! No matter how convenient the location is, make the trip elsewhere! Do not even consider!

I wish I could gave 0 star. One of the worst pediatrics ever seen. Unprofessional staff and Doctor. I took my kids for physical check up and some shot which required for school and lapcorp already sent results to them it has been 4 weeks that every single day I try to call for the results to be emailed but no one answer the phone. Then I called their Herdon office and a lady stated that she gonna email me the result and let the doctor know to give me a call. Since last week she didn't get back to me. Again I start calling all 3 of their location to get hold of someone but no lack... I tried calling yesterday and finally a lady answered my phone and I explained to her, she apologized and told me that she has all the results and report and will email in 15 minutes but she didn't. Today I keep calling again all their location and the Herdon office answered and again I request her to email me the result and she was so rude and she hung up on me. I don't recommend anyone to this place... stay way from them
