Directive Boardshop

Purchased some shoes on their online storefront. Ridiculously fast shipping. I hadn't even realized they are in Logan, Utah (I live about 100m south) but I ordered them yesterday 12pm and they arrived at my house the next day at 10am. So kudos to you guys for stellar products and service. I will be buying more from you guys in the future.

Went in today. We're from out of town. Noah was incredibly helpful and knew his stuff. What an amazing shop!! 10/10 will come back next time we are in the area. This place doesn't just nail down rad products and knowledge, but they totally get the culture.

Dawson was super helpful, he was very knowledgeable about my old bindings and got me great price on some updated parts. He was quick, precessional and a total stud.

I normally go to to Al’s but they didn’t have the parts. Directive is definitely my new go-to!

Great help, I explained I needed the snowboard ratcheting system for a totally different use. But they understood what I needed and had the ladder and ratchet in stock to hook me up. Very helpful in helping me with what I needed.

Sweet board shop in Logan Utah. Zack took care of me and got me set up on a brand new Capita Mercury. Absolutely love the customer service and the overall vibe of the shop. They have awesome branded soft goods that I have had for several years now and the quality is top notch. Stop in!

Top notch skate shop. Cool clothing . Dope boards and awesome dunk releases. Favorite was the “st Patrick’s” release where you have to find a pot of gold around town to get the dunks! Recently did some for fruit pack dunks aswell! Any 1 star reviews are resellers. If they don’t have your size they don’t want to give you a random size cause they know you’ll flip it! 10/10 always come here!

This place was awesome, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop had quality items at reasonable prices and was very welcoming to beginners. My only complaint would be they were out of some of their stock making the variety more limited, but not so much that it hindered my overall experience there.

I ordered a new backpack from their website. The shipping was incredibly fast! I’m a 9-1-1 dispatcher as well as a full time student so I carry my life with me.

When I opened the package, I was shocked... in a positive way. I’m sure they do this with all shipments - not only was my backpack in there but also a pack of my all-time favorite cookies. I think I was more excited to see a random pack of Milanos than I was my new backpack 😂 there were also a few stickers inside too.

Anyways, just wanted to say thank you! The fast shipping and cookies meant more than you know!

Very helpful and nice. I went in and got a new set of bearings which they kindly put on the board for me, then set me up with a new pair of shoes. Great atmosphere. 10/10 would return.

Met these folks at a demo day at Beaver mountain while my wife and I were on vacation from MN. The owner and staff were so helpful at the ski resort we decided to pre-order new snowboards and binding here for next year. While in the shop the owner was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Highly suggest purchasing from these folks no matter where you live as we will.

The Directive is an amazing local shop. They always have a good collection of sneakers and for great prices. The best board shop in town. Chain stores can learn a thing or two in hospitality from the staff here. Disregard the mall and come here for all your skate/snow needs.

I've been a loyal customer of Directive since I was in Elementary School, now at 20 years of age it is still my go to place for pretty much all of my Apparel, Skateboarding and Snowboarding needs. They deliver a variety of great products alongside the most premium customer service any store possibly could. Very pleased to see that the shop is now located on Main Street in a very nice looking building. While other reviewers would give a 1 star rating for what they were trying to describe as a "Personal Problem" and not in the intentions of the shop or owner himself, I can surely give Directive a solid 5/5 stars for always meeting the needs of whomever walks through their doors.

I have been buying stuff from these guys for years. Always been treated great by everyone. Just got my son a board there tonight and got the royal treatment! High quality good at a great price!

If you're from out of town hit this place up for unique selection of boards, clothing, and shoes! Very reasonably priced & staff is awesome!
