Trent is a very good chiropractor. I've been to a few, in different states, but no one as good as him (not even close). He's knowledgeable, personable, and actually cares about improving your condition. Facility is nice. Danielle works at the front desk and is excellent. No scheduling, billing or other issues of any kind. They run an efficient schedule, with very little (if any) waiting. He doesn't pressure you to come back for unnecessary visits or buy memberships, etc. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Trent Stevens is amazing. I drive 40 minutes one way just to see him. He’s helped me with neck, back, hip flexor and shoulder pain. His ART technique works wonders. The best part he is timely, efficient, and doesn’t push unnecessary visits or treatments. Usually 2-3 visits and I feel 110 percent better.

SMR is the only place to go locally. Dr. Stevens is an excellent listener but also has the expertise about anatomy to know how to address your concerns. I’ve told anyone that is looking for a chiropractor to see Dr. Stevens.

I recently started working in North Logan in a hybrid role. Finding time to see a chiropractor in SLC proved challenging due to my work/commute schedule. I started seeing Trent 6 weeks ago for a couple of sports related soft tissue aches. His diagnostic and treatment plan are proving very effective and I'm happy to see myself on the mend. Love Trent and the work he does. I’ve always heard the horror stories and seen the bruises left by chiropractors and vowed I would never go to one until I met Trent at SMR. He works miracles! From minor workout injuries to post-op pain, he is very knowledgeable and I have never left his clinic with bruises or in pain. Scoliosis is a pain, but he made it so I can actually function on a daily basis. He diagnosed my adhesive capsulitis when two other doctors couldn’t. I have Trent on speed dial and will tell anyone who has issues to try him. He’s wonderful!!

Trent has listened to me with my concerns and my hands. He has been able to work through my issues. Also, overall, the environment is personable and makes the visit more enjoyable.

Dr. Stevens has been one of the best chiropractors I've been to. He spends time to address my health questions and his approach is more wholistic than other's I've experienced. Instead of a quick "neck crack and done" approach, he takes time to address the pain points I have, teaches me physical therapy movements I can do to strengthen my joints, all in addition to the standard chiropractic adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens!

Huge shout out to Dr Stevens of SMR Chiropractic. Dr Stevens has kept me out of serious trouble with my back and now shoulders for nearly 10 years. His work is remarkable and so appreciated! I significantly herniated two of my lower back discs in 2014, resulting in steroid injections to help put out the fire, MRIs, and the worst nerve pain I’ve ever experienced. Not only did Dr Stevens help me out of that painful mess, avoiding the surgery option, but he continues today to be a key player in my regular care and ongoing maintenance as my youngest is with cerebral palsy requiring daily good form and self care for me to be able to care for him. The homework stretches from Dr Stevens continue to serve me well. I call SMR immediately when my body needs the deeper muscle stretch work done…they are so good to get me in as soon as possible. I take my teenagers to Dr Stevens too! So incredibly grateful we have Dr Stevens here in the valley with SMR Chiropractic!

Dr Stevens is a wonderful chiropractor. He has helped me with my tennis elbow tremendously I would highly recommend.

I injured my back playing volleyball not too long ago and woke up the next morning with terrible back pain. Dr Stevens was able to get me in to see him that same morning and gave me great care that helped me get back to playing sports that same week without any pain. I thought for sure that I had some alignment issues causing a knot, but Dr. Stevens was able to quickly identify the true issue and get the proper muscle groups activated to get me healed up.

Dr. Stevens is great at what he does! He has saved me twice when I messed up my back and could barely walk. He’s very charismatic so visits are enjoyable. I really don’t have any complaints! Great chiropractor!

Dr Stevens can fix anything! The ART technique is so effective, and has gotten me through several running injuries as well as prevented them from getting worse. I’ll also never forget leaving his office able to walk pain-free after months of back trouble following the birth of my son.

Can't say enough good things about the friendly staff at SMR Chiropractic! I injured my elbow during my workout and couldn't grasp or even lift a glass of water without pain. I heard about this Active Release Therapy and wanted to give it a try. Dr. Stevens listens carefully and understands where the pain is and what to do to release it. He was honest about how stubborn the type of injury I had is to heal, and said it can sometimes take up to a year to completely heal. Within a few treatments (maybe 4?) I'd say it was 50% better, enough to lesson the pain to where I can now grasp and lift things with that arm. He gave me some exercises to do at home and I'm now just waiting for my body to heal the rest. Since then, I've been back to him for some persistent lower back pain. I've had massages regularly but they do nothing to heal lower back pain, they just feel good temporarily. Trent really gave me some relief in just one visit of doing the ART on my lower back and actually working out some knots that have been there for awhile. You can feel that it's working while he's doing it. I highly recommend him for joint issues and muscle tension. Plus he's super easy to talk to and will make you feel really comfortable while he's working things out.

ART (Active Release Therapy) has been a huge benefit to help me heal from injury. This helps every time, especially when nothing else does. I’ve gone from not being able to walk, to back running marathons and hiking pain/injury free within a few visits. Dr Stevens and his staff are also very friendly and help you feel comfortable.

I love SMR Chiropractic! I have had bad neck pain that have caused head aches due to sports but after coming to SMR Chiropractic the pain has gone away and the amount of headaches I get has greatly reduced. The staff is also super friendly and really care about their patients.

Dr Trent Stevens at SMR Chiropractic is Great. I had a bum shoulder and elbow - He has worked on me with ART (Active Release Technique) and Graston which both have been very helpful to get me back with no pain. Thank you Dr Stevens for your great work. He was so good I had my own mother come to be worked on.

I love Smr I have been going to Trent for a few years he is awesome. He is heavily focused on muscle work which is awesome. He is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been seeing postpartum, he helped me get the feeling back in my hands from pregnancy induced carpal tunnel.

I have been to several chiropractors over the years, and Dr. Stevens is by far the best. He spent more time working on my injuries than any other chiropractor I've been to. He know his science very well, and took time to explain to me the anatomy and physiology of the injuries I had. He listens well, is personable and takes time to answers all of my questions. He also does more than simply adjust the back and neck, but also worked on the muscles that were related to my injury. And he doesn't make any unsubstantiated claims about what chiropractic can offer. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Stevens
