I have been going there for quite a few years now. I've never pawned anything but have made several purchases. I recently visited and was helped by a young man named Brandon. He was very helpful with his knowledge of recording devices and musical instruments. No purchases today, but I would recommend asking for Brandon if music and instruments are your thing. (Like mine) Nice selection of jewelry, tools, instruments, and collectibles. Brandon was polite, sincere, and well-spoken. I give 5 stars for Customer Service!

All the Oroville staff is very knowledgeable and helpful always willing to go above and beyond for there customers. I love coming to check out what’s in that week. There fire arms are always marked at great prices. Especially the Glocks. They have a good mixture of everything in the store. I honestly have to say my favorite shop in town. My husband and I have gone here several times and bought tools, a stereo receiver and a few other things and have never had a problem with any of it. The staff is really nice the store is clean and the manager Amanda goes above and beyond for her customers. Plus they have great deals.. We will continue to shop here when we come to town.
