Absolutely the freshest food you will get in all of Cle Elum. Not the fastest compared to fast food, but a worthwhile stop when on the road. Don’t forget to ask for a little shaker of pepper flakes… Absolutely delicious!

Worth splitting a dish with another person if you get an appetizer, like the fresh rolls.

i’m not one to leave reviews, but the service and food were so good i feel inclined to leave one. both of the servers were so sweet and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time and enjoyed the food, they even took photos for us :) very accommodating and friendly, nice cozy atmosphere as well. lots of food options for different dietary needs/preferences. definitely a must-try when in Cle elum!!

We stop here on our way out to Eastern WA EVERY TIME!! Amazing food at amazing value! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I’m pretty sure we’ve tried everything on the menu- we have always had a great experience. Both prior to, during and after COVID. DON’T believe the negative reviews you read here.

Really enjoyed the taste. Requested spice level was perfect. Bring a vegetarian they accommodated our dietary needs. Serving time was fairly quick as well. Plenty of parking outside. But no public restrooms.

My husband and I went in for a late lunch/early dinner. We got the cashew chicken, paid thai, and the ploy chicken friend rice. It was all amazing! Honestly, some of the best fried rice and paid thai I've had! I am celiac (gluten allergy), but they had so many GF items to choose from! Super yummy!
They have a fish tank and a turtle tank, which were very entertaining to watch before the food came.

Surprisingly authentic Thai food tucked into the base of the mountain pass. The quality of food and spices surprised both me and my father who has done 10+ trips to Thailand. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s in the area or passing through. The drunken noodles and beef noodle soup are highly recommended.

Enjoyed the restaurant for the first time with the family today. Service was prompt & we felt well taken care of. Food was very tasty & authentic with good portions. We loved the mini spring rolls with plum sauce (kids ate them all), crisp mixed vegetables, flavorful pineapple fried rice, and perfectly spiced phad kee mao. Ended up ordering more food to take with us after devouring an enormous lunch.

Such a yummy meal! Really nourishing with all the vegetables in our soups. The mother and daughter owners that I interacted with were so incredibly nice. Would come back again in a second!

Pretty great food. You have to try it! Yellow curry fried rice is awesome! I hope Seattle has such great Thai food

Happened to stumble upon this gem! The food here is class apart! I ordered Pad Thai and it was the best that I've had in US so far.
The noodles had a flavor in them (unlike other places where it usually has much less flavor), the vegetables were actually cooked very nicely (not semi-raw like others), tofu was very nicely cooked (and wasn't just raw or fried) and it had an appropriate amount of oil (and not too oily like other places). Overall the taste was great!

It was a takeaway, but people behind the counter seemed friendly and courteous.

Very good food, friendly people, extremely fast service. Everything on the menu clearly labeled gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian etc. Seems like there was a vegan option for almost every meal, including the drinks menu.
I had the Ploy Basil with tofu and brown rice, plus a Thai iced tea with coconut milk. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and tasty.

Ploy Thai Bistro just cooked for our wedding! We had a 40 person wedding and they agreed to cook up a large meal for us. We picked up the food and it was ready to plop into our banquet trays we had prepared at the wedding location. The food was great and all of our guests were really pleased. The family at Ploy Thai Bistro did a great job of helping us predict how much food we would need. They were very kind and respectful and helped us out a lot with our request. Thanks for everything, it was great!

Flavors were fresh and distinct. Nice assortment of choices. Did not take too long to get seated, even though it was early-ish on a Friday evening. Our wait staff was so friendly--but not one of those who over do it. She was perfect. Had enough to take some home. It was so good I ate it late that evening and felt like it was dessert! It's in a small strip mall off of Safeway, but don't let that put you off. Once you get in, you'll enjoy it.

We ordered catering from Ploy Thai Bistro for our small wedding this summer and everything was so wonderful! Communication with Khunploy was thoughtful and responsive and the food was incredible! They even wrote us a card with our pick up order- such a kind touch!

Easy on/off I-90. Fine strip mall restaurant. Food was delicious, fresh and hot. Portions were on the small side for Thai.

So happy that Google brought up this tasty location & directed us here. The Kabocha Pumpkin Prawn Curry special was amazing!

I have found a great Thai restaurant. Wanted to try it out. Family owned and operated ordered chicken phad Thai just to see. They take pride in the food they make and it shows. Was all separated and not thrown together. Very fresh adjustable spice scale. Has a flavor for all. Portions are a little bit on the small side but well worth the price if you want fresh food. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Had my food ready in about 15 minutes and they were getting quite a few Togo orders and a few sitting in to eat. Some of the best food I've had since moving here. Will definitely be coming back to try other foods on the menu.

We love Thai food and the Thai Bistro did not disappoint! The service was amazing and the curry was incredible. We’d definitely go back the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!
