There was a language barrier which made it hard to use a Groupon i had but they called There boss and it got worked out. Had a very good body and foot massage with hot stones.

Don't ever purchase a Groupon for this business. I messaged the owner and they said I could come in 15 minutes. When I arrived there was nobody there to help me they told me to wait 45 minutes. The lady mentioned that she could honor the Groupon but only give me a 30 minute massage. So I asked Groupon for a refund which was honored thankfully and I left and I will never go there again.

Made an appointment and been looking forward to this massage all week. When I get here I see several men go to the back but for some reason I can't get the massage I came for. My feelings are actually kind of hurt. I'll be trading my Groupon in for another massage somewhere else.

I purchased a Groupon to this company. I called to make a appointment with no problem at all the lady was nice and inviting but then I mentioned I was using a Groupon. She then insisted I go to the Walnut Creek location not the location on the Groupon app which is Dublin‘s location. I live in Pleasanton so Dublin location is more ideal. As I was talking she just hangs up on me. I called back then straight to voicemail. I called again using a second number and they answered but then rudely hung up again when I told them this was discrimination and that you shouldn’t have your business on Groupon if you weren’t willing to accept it. I warn everybody not to do business with them they are extremely unethical. They are unprofessional and I felt they denied my service for a unreasonable reason. Do not do business with Angel Relax Center! They have a location in Dublin and Walnut Creek. I Don’t Recommend this place at all!

I called and booked an appointment for 4pm and I get there and so much confusion is going on ,and the entry way is very small so gathering shouldn't be permitted, but was .... So as I wait to be given instructions, I happen to observe two customers come from the back to pay for their services and leave ,but as its my turn to check in I was told to go to the back but immediately halted and told i needed to pay first which was very offensive and discerning after witnessing 2 previous people pay after service I guess at this business everyone isn't treated equally . Considering the era that we live in now ,and people wanting to come out and patronize businesses you'd think all customers are appreciated.

Revising my rating, I decided to go for a foot massage the 2nd time as I had a good experience the first time. On entering the massage center I said I wanted just a foot massage, but the person could not understand what I was saying and kept asking which type of massage I wanted. I finally pointed to it on the rate board. The immediate next question I was asked was cash or credit? I said cash, then the person asked for immediate payment which surprised me as I was not asked this the first time. I mentioned I will pay after the massage. Then we headed to the worst massage experience, even though I had askedfor a foot massage the person spent hardly any time on it, and was randonly trying to massage my head, ears,arms and back.I tried to explain that I wanted foot massage but to no avail. The worst part was that the person had no clue on how to massage and was just randomly doing things. Just apply a lot of cream and randomly move hands, hardly any force to help ease muscle stiffness. At the end of it I was disgusted. Then when the time came to pay I didn't want to give the recommended tip as their tip rate card mentioned, but the person kept insisting I had to pay it, and didn't stop till I paid it. The last time I had visited I paid more tip as I was happy with the massage, so it's not that I scrounge on tips, but there has to be decent quality in a service to earn a tip. Given the most recent experience I am not going to visit the place again because there is no consistency.
