My wife and I both had the Western bacon cheeseburger meals from the drive-thru window and the lady was really nice and patient. The Western bacon 🥓 cheeseburgers were excellent as were the French fries. We were very satisfied with our meals and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carl's Juniors to our friends and family...

Called in an Order for freshly made big Carl's didn't catch the ladys name but super helpful over the phone. Gregory helped us when we got there. Super friendly great customer service!

I'm never disappointed here. Maybe I get really lucky and always get very fresh, hot food. Tasty. Fresh hot fries. Fresh burgers. A lot of other fast food places tend to make me sick but this joint Jackson primarily is the bees knees. I just had to say something. Their food is great. Clean. Maybe it's good management maybe they have a great cleaning routine idk. The food is good though I'll always keep this in my top 5 in Jackson

Always a good place to go to. This one in particular tends to have friendlier staff inside, and a better experience overall outside peak hour(s).

Hard to go wrong when you eat at Carl's Jr. Always the best burgers, chicken sandwiches. A bit costly but at least when you eat a meal there you're not still hungry that's for sure. Always been one of my favorite fast food joints. 💫💯

The Chicken Fahita Pita has a lot of perfectly seasoned/grilled chicken and grilled onions. It's the only item I ever order because it's always very good.

Sadly even tho I asked for chicken tenders to be cooked fresh. They say it was but not even close.

Last night I got Carl’s Jr. and it was the best ever! The lady and tall bald guy are awesome and where very nice and fast getting my food out! Management has definitely improved, and the night crew are awesome!!

Food was quick & delicious.. staff was polite & friendly. Lobby was clean, condiments stocked full. Overall a great experience. One of the best run Cjs I've been to

Philly cheese burger was definitely a different burger from the rest, I would have it every time so much cheese and the meat was actually good

Customer service was excellent and THE CLEANEST fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The manager, I didn't get her name, does an incredible job. 5 stars, two thumbs and big toes up!

I love the western bacon cheeseburger. I have had aprox 50 of them a year since the 80's. Soni estimate I have had at least 1500 of them and I will probably have 100's more in years to come. So tasty😁

Probably the best Carl's Jr I've ever had. Don't like processed garbage called fast food but at least it was made well. No thumb print in the bun is a good thing.

Respectable staff and honest people just trying to make a living. The reason I say that is because I have been to other fast food restaurants that have had terrible customer service and this restaurant was fast, friendly, and delicious!

Excellent food at a reasonable prices and a decent variety to make everyone happy. The dining area is clean and neat along with an outdoor seating for people who want to eat in the fresh air.

Great service, my sonand I ordered got our drinks filled sat down and our food was delivered to the table within a few minutes piping hot French fries and a delicious new Diablo 🍔 I recommend it to those that can handle the heat🔥🔥 overall the place was clean and the staff are friendly and most importantly the food was 👍 👍 👍
