AT&T Store

My 2 recent visits on consecutive days to AT&T at 12010 INDUSTRY BLVD were very different than previous experiences. A new manager and new employees have brought with them a fresh attitude of true customer service and courtesy. Nic helped me with my insurance claim, then also cheerfully assisted me in transferring information & setting up my new phone. While I was there there, all 3 employees served family groups and individual walk-ins efficiently and in a friendly manner, making everyone feel comfortable & well served. A very pleasant experience.

Enjoyed my visit to the store , was helped right away and the rep Alana did a fantastic job answering my questions and getting a new phone. They're a great team that works there and will be coming back again for any of my future visits to At&t

I originally went in for a new screen protector for a phone I bought from there a couple of years ago. I don't recall the first gals name, but she was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have one for my phone, so I asked about an upgrade that I saw on the app. She then introduced me to Ansley, who was personable and welcoming. She answered all my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable in the products. She transferred all my info and stuff to the new phone, put my screen protector on the new phone, and off I went, in no time at all.

We went into this store needing help with a couple things including buying and setting up new phones. Eric stayed past closing and patiently made sure that everything was 100% completed before we left. He happily explained everything and never seemed rushed or irritated. Great experience and awesome customer service.

I was fortunate to have a wonderful representative named Nick. He was so kind and thoughtful to an older person like myself and did not make me feel technology challenged. I am grateful for people at AT&t that hire people like Nick.

I received amazing service from a young man named Alex. He approached me as soon as I entered the AT&T store In Amador County.

He walked me through purchasing a new l14 cellphone. He downloaded the information from my old phone and answered my multiple questions.

I was so impressed with all the staff. It was very busy. Each employee was friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this store and its employees to anyone looking for a great place to get real service from well trained professionals.

This store is definitely one I trust when I have a problem with my phone or need an upgrade. The environment doesn’t feel judgmental like other establishments and I’m always greeted with the best service, especially from Alana. When I walked in she greeted me and could tell I was distressed because my old iPhone 7 had completely broke, and she saved the day with a quick upgrade. I didn’t feel pressured into buying certain things that I wasn’t interested in or felt as if I was being scammed. She gave me the run down of whatever extra cost I may need to cover with my new phone, but assured me that it wouldn’t be cost heavy as I originally thought of, and that she was here to make sure I left with a new phone in my hand and that the stress would be lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been a customer for quite sometime now at this specific location and make sure to always turn to Alana when I’m in distress.

Best store! Great experience. I was quickly greeted with a smile, and they jumped right on board to help solve everything! Alana, Sabrina, and Jay were Allstars. They helped bring my tablet over, got me set up with an Apple Watch, EarPods, and then traded in my pools phone for a new one. Spent two hours setting everything up and porting it all over! They were laughing, happy, and super helpful with out making me feel less than for not being tech savvy. I will definitely be going back for anything that is needed. Glad I went in store instead of online!

Love going to this store. They always get to me very promptly & are so sweet when helping me. My favorite person to go to is Alana & I hope she is working every time I have to go in! She gets things done quickly & knows what she’s doing.

Reese was the best sales person we ever had at AT&T. Please keep him for ever & please promote him whenever space is available. He was excellent! Customer service is for customer. The customer is always right. He was so great with us.

I had went in there the other day to get my phone upgraded and this guy named Ryan was such an amazing help!!!!!! He was so nice through the entire process!!! I will be coming back the customer service is absolutely amazing here!!!!!!!

I thought there might be a long wait for service, but was completely surprised that the three times I walked into the store, I was able to be helped right away. Jack was awesome with explaining how things work when getting a new wireless service. He was a good listener, and had useful answers to my questions. I would shop there again. Thanks heaps!

I had a wonderful experience with Nick and the team. The employees were very kind and actually helped me select the items/accessories I needed (and some I just wanted), instead of just “selling” me whatever AT&T wanted/needed to sell. Having worked in retail for many years, I can see those types of salesmen/women coming a mile away. Of course the best of the best and accessories were suggested, but I felt they listened to me. I would highly recommend coming to this store/purchasing from these employees.
