Burger King

Had a great experience at Burger King. After the self service kiosk rejected the order, the staff stepped up and entered our order our way. We used the coupon as the economics of California policy has made eating fast food nearly unaffordable.

Fast service at this Burger King and they always get my order right. Friendly staff and always hit food never cold fries. I love that. Nothing worse than getting cold fries that have been under the lights for half the night b4 u get them. Won't happen here they are diligent workers.

Got the breaded chicken and it was so good I went back the next day. Delicious. Nice people there too.

Jason is very professional, kind, and thoughtful. I come through regularly with my special needs son and Jason is amazing, knows exactly what we are getting and how we want it.

It was good but the deals are incredible. The french fries are the best. The staff seemed too familiar with many customers until I learned most were employee family. They were very nice and professional with me.

The staff is kind and they took care of me when I asked them to remake my order because they gave me the wrong sandwich.

I love the hamburgers here that's my favorite place to get hamburgers in Oroville! But in January 2024, I went into Burger King and I was faced with two computer screens that I was required to use in order to make my order! the computer program was impossible, so finally after a lot of time trying to figure it out, I gave up and I had to go get the cashier to help me make my order! so now, there's no human at the front to take your order and I really do not like this at all! so before you get to eat your hamburger you get to get real frustrated by all of this baloney. everybody that came in had the same problem and were also frustrated.. I'm not sure if I'm going to go back to Burger King now because of this! I want to talk to a real human I can talk to when I go in to put my order in! I suggest Burger King hurry up and trash those two computers before they lose all their business!

To the worker who left me the message on the bag. Know that it did not go unnoticed and it made my day. Coming from a rough day at work and being greeted by a busy line at the drive thru, every bit of positivity is appreciated.

Can I just mention how wonderful the manager held a situation today with a customer who was being grossly rude she handled her cool. She also had the biggest smile. Burger King needed new management way to go! The lobby was clean and all the workers were working as fast as they could. I’m glad they have a good working strong team. I will be coming back

Actually I was surprised burger king for me this time was so good the food was hot a while bk it was never hot maybe warm like been sitting all day but they have improved I loved it it was great people were great all of them they all deserve a raise 5 stars heck yeah good cook good fries good service thank u I'll be comming bk.

Thanks to the new manager for assembling a team of champions. I had the best impossible Whopper ever. It looked just like the picture and tasted better then I ever remembered. Can't wait to go back for another round. Great fast friendly service

Was not too busy, food was freshly prepared. Everything tasted great, we liked it.

I couldn't notice to much other than my cheeks get an unusually strenuous amount of unexpected delight and enjoyment in such estasy. I forgot all other around me. The experience so over whelmed me I lost all conscieness till the next morning . We'll be going back soon.

Went on Halloween evening. The drive thru was very busy, reasonably so, everyone else wanted quick food after trick or treating with kids. When we got to the window we were told their card reader wasn't working and they could only take cash. The guy taking orders from the drive thru was in training on his first day. There was only one other guy working. He was so apologetic for the new guy not telling us it was cash only before we ordered. Not a huge deal though. He was fine with saving our order so we could go get cash from the bank. We did. Went back. Our order was hot and ready to go and we were only charged half of the price. Our fries were missing, but not a big deal. The guy was trying and was so nice.

Burger King definitely upgraded when they got a new manager. She’s polite, the store is clean and they are very quick with your order especially when you are in a hurry. I have to say I was not disappointed in my food. Everything was there and it was hot and fresh.

I don’t usually eat Burger King but when I do I get the chicken sandwich and every single time I go when that one girl is working I think it’s Chelsea my food is hot and fresh. I always get what I ordered and they are very quick. Definitely recommend if you want a quick meal

I had gone thru the drive thru around 2 weeks ago and had a lovely chat with a woman named Lilly, she was very sweet and asked me how my day was , she genially cared and put a smile on my face ! At the same time she managed to get me my food fresh and fast !! Will be returning soon:)

Stopped in for lunch on my way home from Walmart. And I was amazed by the young man that helped me. He was very helpful and was even coaching the guy in the kitchen on what goes on each item. He double checked orders and made sure everyone was getting everything they ordered. I will definitely be back.

The stores vibe was awesome everyone was so upbeat and happy. Manager Chelsie took my order and she was so friendly and helpful. The store was very clean which is always a good touch. 100/100 great experience.

When I went here all the crew were very nice one even opened the door for me and greeted me as he walked in to go to work. The only sad thing to see was the wait on a milkshake... I don't think I've ever seen a ice cream machine that poured so slow before but all in all great experience good job and keep up the good work. :)
