I went to see Dr Chrispher Krpan to repair a torn rotator cuff. I was seen promptly, and scheduled for surgery. My surgery experience, was excellent. The staff at Dr. Krpans office are friendly, professional and helpful. The entire experience from my first visit,the procedure, the office staff and my follow up visits have been an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dr Christopher Krpan, for your orthopedic needs.

Very professional and kind. Straightforward which I like. Looking forward to having my knee fixed. The staff is wonderful as well.

My visit with Dr. Christopher Krpan was absolutely the most, HORRIFIC, HUMILIATING, and TERRIFYING doctor’s visit I have ever had. I was viciously verbally assaulted by this man as he stood over me (a 5’4” female sitting in his exam chair), screaming and swearing at me. He left me SHAKING, SOBBING and HYPERVENTILATING.
I waited a month to see Dr. Krpan, I waited three hours at Adventist Health for my appointment to find a solution to my chronic wrist pain, I didn’t mind waiting, I was eager to find a solution to my pain. I played on my phone, I napped. The nurse came to get me, we chit chatted happily and casually, everything was going fine.
I waited in the exam room for about 5-10 minutes before Dr. Krpan came in. There was a very noticeable energy shift when he entered, he did NOT seem happy. I figured it had nothing to do with me, and tried to get on with my appointment. However, he immediately began directing his bad mood at me, cutting me off, being extremely condescending and snappy with me. I tried to bite it back, but I’ve been waiting a long time to see this man and he’s just being flat out rude to me and it was very disconcerting, I came here for help and it was very jarring to feel instead like I was some kind of irritant to this man. I kept trying to ask about different possible solutions and continued to get snippy and almost angry responses. I couldn’t avoid the elephant in the room any longer and just said:
“Okay, what is going on? You came in here very hot, did something happen before this to get you upset or what?”
And he just SNAPPED. Before I know it, he is standing over me, SCREAMING and waving his finger in my face saying
“I DONT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH YOUR SH*T!”
“YOU ASKED ME THE SAME QUESTION THREE TIMES”
“I WAS GOING TO HELP YOU BUT NOW IM NOT GONNA! YOU CAN FIND A NEW DOCTOR”
Just fully, absolutely unhinged. I do not know how this man became a doctor. I truly do not. He was VISCERALLY angry. All I could do is sit there and look up at him and say “why are you doing this?” With tears streaming down my face, absolutely TERRIFIED to be alone in this room with him. This his man is NOT safe. He is NOT mentally sound. AVOID HIM ALL COSTS. COMPLETELY unacceptable behavior from a medical “professional”.

In a nutshell: I went to him as my second choice after breaking my leg. Dr. Krpan was not interested in helping control the pain, inflammation or physical therapy, also he never ordered a CT scan. He was condensing, intimidating and insisted he told me no weight bearing for 8 weeks which my son was with me verified he said 6 weeks. He told me he had given me a physical therapy recommendation on paper he did not then changed his story several times then said "good luck getting in with Covid". He's Fired I told the receptionist today.
Dr. DeMers' office got me in (she was my first choice but she was on vacation at the time of my accident)
For starters: the leg buckle brace was on wrong. I had it exactly as it was put on me. Dr. ordered a CT scan before any weight bearing. Showed me that all this time 7 weeks I SHOULD have been exercising
my quad and butt muscles. I should be wearing a compression stocking for the edema. Recommended MiWuk Physical Therapy facility (Krpan never mentioned them) they gave me a referral in paper. and will follow up with them for me.. Liz her PA actually listened explained the next process for healing and recognized my pain and inflammation. This doctor and staff are excellent for patient care. I am grateful to be able to be cared for by them.

Where do I begin? I saw him to get shoulder surgery. I`m a large male with some health concerns. He told me to get my primary physicians clearance and he`d do the surgery. I waited a long time in PAIN to get this done. I had to get pre-op tests, MRI`s and xrays and lab work. I spoke with my cardiologist who said this was serious but if the benefits outweighed the risk ...I wasn`t the best candidate for surgery but was as "good as was going to get" The next day Dr. Krpans office called and surgery was set for the 26th of Feb. I was told to get off my blood thinners 7 to 10 days prior to surgery. 4 days before the surgery he calls, and says he will NOT do it. At first the reason was my cardiologist. Next reason was the table could not withstand my weight. This guy got money for himself, 2 other physicians, the labs, the hospitals and then backs out. He called my house and was so unprofessionally rude to me I couldn`t believe it. Don`t waste your time with this "fake healer" He just wants your money.
