We had to transfer over three phone numbers and get new phones, Ethan and Mariah took their time to assist us. Mariah helped with the ordering part and she was awesome. We were greeted immediately upon entering the office. As soon as Ethan had finished with his current customer he gave us his full attention and successfully activated our new phone and transferred data from the old one to the new one. Very happy with the service he provided .

We came in needing help with upgrading multiple devices and wanting to change up our family's plan. Katya was very patient in helping us and helped us find the best plan to fit our needs. She explained every step of what we were working on and was very helpful. Each staff member greeted us and every customer that came in with a cheerful welcome. My phone was stolen and someone was going through everything on it even social media. Crystal went above and beyond by deactivating my old phone to protect my information and helped me through the whole process of buying and setting up a new phone even though it took a very long time. she really took care of me. The girls here were excellent. Christine had a ton full of people by herself yet managed to work with three people at once. Excellent customer service! That kind of attention to her customers is rare.

Katya was diligent and adept at helping multiple customers at same time. I had to replace a lost phone, and Katya helped me to activate it and improve my wireless plan. Katya has worked there a short time, and appears to be going to higher places quickly.

Visited Verizon today for assistance on my IP6s and met a super kind, patient and beautiful Angel, Mariah. She assisted me with an issue I had with last update, that messed with my Pandora App. As she reset the App for me, I asked her a few questions about my 6s and learned it will soon be an obsolete. Without any pressure or sales, I went ahead upgrading my phone, plus got a FREE upgrade my friend. Thank you much Mariah for serving me with grace and ease 📲 ♥😘

Store was busy, absolutely need more sales associates, they only had two employees. Ethan helped us & he was very professional, friendly & helpful. Could not have asked for better service.

Great service, wasn’t sure what the difference of stores was from a regular Verizon store, until one of their very helpful employees “Ethan” took the time to explain how similar the two types of stores actually are. Great customer service and for the foothills it’s the best option so don’t miss it.
